Beautiful home!!

We had such a wonderful vacation in AMI. This house was incredible - clean and decorated beautifully in a great location. The backyard oasis was lovely and the beach was just a couple of blocks away. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Backyard paradise a block from the beach

The backyard was amazing, very well done and completely private tropical oasis. The location is quite and only a block and a half from the beach. The house is very new and nicely finished.

Wonderful cottage! Perfect location with a tropical paradise in the backyard!

Even with Tropical Storm ETA, my husband and I had a fabulous week in Anna Maria! The location of the house is perfect, close to Pine Avenue, restaurants, and the beach. When we weren't at the beach, the backyard was a fantastic tropical place to be! Very private!! Can't wait to return to AMI in the future.

Home was even better than the photos. Beautiful, private backyard. Lots of extras in the garage for the pool and beach. Kids loved it.

Beach Pearl Love

Our just concluded two-week stat at Beach Pearl was everything we hoped for and more! Lazy days by the pool in the amazing, private, back yard, cook-outs on the grill, and short walks to the ocean, for ice cream, and carry-out dinners. The pics on VRBO are spot-on for the look, feel, and condition of this property - it’s beautiful inside and out! We definitely plan to be back!

Good Family Fun on AMI

Nicely updated property.with beautifully done backyard with a pool which was like having another room. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach 🏖 had bikes, wagon and chairs along with pool toys. The location of one of bedroom off the kitchen had barn doors which made the room noisy.

Beautiful backyard & close to beach

Would stay here again based on the back yard alone! Pictures don’t do it justice. Great pool, shaded area, outdoor shower, grill and beautiful landscaping. House is really comfortable and decorated nicely. Was plenty spacious for my family of 5 (3 young kids). Beach chairs and wagon in the garage were nice to have. Easy walk across the street to beach access. A little too long of a walk for our young kids to walk to Pine Street (wish we had bikes), but easy enough to drive around the island instead.

Private Oasis

We had a great stay Beach Pearl! The house was everything we needed for our family. The backyard was definitely the highlight of our trip! It was so private and felt like we were in our own little world back there. The little path in the back was so cool and felt like we had our own little nature trail right there in the backyard. We grilled out one night and had pizza by the pool too. The location was perfect for easy beach access and shopping. Next time we come we will definitely rent bikes or a golf cart. It was a little tricky parking our full size truck anywhere on the island. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Relaxing Oasis

Overall, we loved staying at The Pearl. It was an amazing property with an established tropical landscape, with a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The fridge is clean and spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking and baking equipment. However, there are a few minor repairs, that need to be done to house. The master bedroom door does not stay closed, unless it’s locked. The master bedroom does not get very cold like the other rooms. The master bathroom shower, does not get very strong water pressure. The washing machine makes a very loud knocking sound when you wash clothes. The sound is not cause by a user error! It doesn’t matter how much laundry you put in there or if the clothes were put evenly, it still makes the same loud noise. However, the dryer is amazing! It dries a good amount of clothes/towel easily, in a 90 minute drying session. The best part about staying at this location is that it feels very quiet, private, and safe. It is located on a private dead end road. We had a great vacation and we will definitely stay again at this location!

The decor and furnishings were nice. The location (deadend street, 2.5 blocks to the beach) was great. Linens were great, beach chairs provided, and the house was pretty clean. Backyard oasis.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the private pool and spa were a MAJOR reason for booking this property, and they did not working properly. When we arrived, the pool temperature was perfect, but the heat would not kick on in the Spa. The property mgr sent out maintenance who called in the pool company to fix it. However, after they "fixed" it (twice), the heat/spa kept turning on, and the entire pool got all the way up to 99 degrees. Finally, maintenance came back out and their solution was to turn off the breaker to the heater, which meant the Spa would not heat up. Meanwhile, after heating up to 99 on Tuesday, the pool never got back down below 90 degrees during the remaining 4 days of vacation. Most days it was around 93 - not refreshing at all in. The property mgmt did not take any responsibility and just told us they couldn't do anything. I asked about another property with a pool that was working or a discount and was quickly told "That's not happening."Homeowner: I would suggest getting someone who actually knows how your system works - it was looked at 4 times during our stay (2 by rental maint. and twice by pool maint.) & the end result was to turn off the breaker to the heater. I think there is a schedule set that keeps turning on spa/heat.

Please know that we have already scheduled a full system inspection with a pool specialist to ensure the equipment is operating properly for future guests. In good faith, and as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience you experienced, we will be providing you with a credit of $259.20, which reflects a 20% rental discount for the days the pool was not functioning as intended. Your comments are very helpful, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The Beach Pearl was a nice place to stay on AMI! Overall, we were happy with this house. We listed our pros and cons below!Pros:Clean houseSpaciousBeautiful yard/pool areaPlenty of towels/beach towelsVery close to the beachCons:You have to pick up keys for the house and drop them off. A code lock would be more convenient.Kitchen has zero spices. Plan accordingly.Property management company only gives one trash bag, one dishwasher soap, one paper towel, etc for a week. For the price of the home, I think these items should be supplied (to encourage cleaning too!). Pool was hot! Backyard gets sun all day, so it was not refreshing - we hardly used it. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will go back to the property management company we used last time and rent one of their houses (they are stocked).

Every company is different, but per health department regulations anything perishable (including spices) are not allowed to remain in a house after a guest departs. This became very strict after COVID. We will give your other recommendations to the owner about the pool and door lock. We would love to host you again and have other houses with shaded pools and e-locks.
