Avec une vue sur la riviÚre Miami, le centre-ville de Miami et la baie de Biscayne, ce condo d'une chambre (qui comprend un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon) est exceptionnellement bien équipé, y compris sa cuisine et son grand dressing, ses meubles raffinés et compléments, draps et serviettes de haute qualité, deux téléviseurs LED Smart HD (regardez plus de 200 chaßnes, y compris HBO et Showtime ainsi que Netflix, Prime, Hulu ...), Wi-Fi vraiment rapide et gratuit (50 Mo), laveuse pleine taille / sÚche-linge, armoires italiennes, appareils haut de gamme par Wolf & Subzero et Bosch, ainsi que des comptoirs en marbre massif. Le design et la propreté sont de la plus haute importance pour nous. Il a été entiÚrement réaménagé en mai 2017.

Great Location & Host, But Needs Better Cleaning

While the property had some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty rug in the guest room, dusty furniture, and a slightly worn-down sofa, the overall experience was positive. The customer service from our host was excellent, and the location was great, which helped make the stay enjoyable despite the cleanliness issues.

Amazing place to stay

The property location was amazing. Loved being so close to the water and all the great restaurants. The view and the pool area was breath taking. Definitely will come back here for future trips.

Excellent detailed info for a smooth check in ! Great communication ! The apartment provided everything we needed & the bed was very comfortable . It has a very high step into the shower and a reach to turn on the water just fyi . Nice balcony to relax on . The coffee shop downstairs makes delicious coffee & offers pastries , oatmeal , etc . Icon Brickell lives up to billing!

Great place! Miami Vacation Rentals served us well. Traffic in area was very heavy, especially with the drawbridges, but we walked mostly, rode elevated MetroMover and Ubered. Great amenities. Spectacular views.

A lot of dust and amenities were unexpectedly in repair

There was dust everywhere in the apartment. Even on oft-used surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen. I spent my first two hours wiping everything down. Also, right after being handed my key upon move-in, I was told that amenities had been closed for a couple of weeks and would remain closed for an undisclosed amount of time. This includes the gym and spa, which were the main attractions for me in this listing. It would have been nice to receive a heads-up that I'd be without these amenities for the entire 24 days so I could consider other options. The couch is uncomfortable, the bed is without a comforter. There is a long list of reasons why I would not recommend this listing.

The view is awesome!!!

The view of the river, watching the draw bridge, and the parade of boats coming through was endless entertainment! We spent so much time on the balcony just watching everything. The unit was exactly as described, communication with the hosts was great, and checking in was super easy. Absolutely no complaints. They also included some thoughtful things for their visitors including a bottle of wine (perfect to drink while watching boats from the balcony - thank you!) plus things like trash bags, dish and laundry pods so you don’t have to remember to bring them or go buy them when you realize you forgot! We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again!

It’s valet only and you have to pay $21 every time you want to leave with your vehicle within 1-4 hours of parking (goes up from there). It made us have to walk much more and not be able to explore as much because we didn’t want to spend $200+ in parking for the 1.5 days we were there. Everything else was great.

Beautiful getaway in great location

The unit is just as described and shows in the pictures. The balcony view is breathtaking and so fun to sit, relax, unwind and enjoy the view! Parking in the garage associated didn’t work for us due to the height of the garage not fitting our larger/higher SUV, so that was a bummer having to switch to the more expensive and not as convenient valet. The garage is only for up to 6’5. This was the only downfall of the stay so I’d say it was a definite win! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

The condo served us well as we were on the go most of our trip. Check in was a bit hectic right at 3:00 but the host did a great job getting us checked in and followed up on day 2 to make sure we were satisfied. The amenities offered were very nice, specifically the pool area. The bed was comfortable and we had most everything we needed for a good stay. The bathtub water control was a bit tricky and worth mentioning, but not a big deal for us. We would stay here again.

Flight was delayed and had to pay the late fee for check in but once we walked in the room nothing else mattered! Pictures didn't do it justice... it was an amazing retreat located close to everything we wanted.

Gorgeous views. Excellent location to shops, restaurants, cafes & Corepower Yoga. Stunning spa facilities. Kat with management company was very nice & helpful. Memory foam mattress - if you are into those then you will be comfy. The couch looks really nice but firm and you will feel the springs. The tub is very high so be careful getting into the shower. The unit had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location

Loved the location. Check in was a bit complicated and having to check in twice
once for hotel and then for amenities was a pain + the guy wasn’t available twice. We almost missed the indoor pool/spa which is incredible because no one mentioned it was there! The parking situation is tough if you have a car. I loved looking out over the water, watching the boats come in and out. Room was very comfortable and nice. Needs a small table on the deck for drinks! I would stay here again.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
