Sea Colony B2 - Mike's Beach Bungalow est une grande unité avec vue sur l'océan dans un complexe face à l'océan, parfait pour les vacances de votre petite famille ou un week-end romantique! Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit et une grande télévision à écran plat, ainsi qu'un accès au balcon face à l'océan. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un dîner. Dans le couloir entre le salon et la chambre, il y a un lit superposé dans l'alcôve. La chambre est à l'arrière de la maison avec un lit king size et l'accès à la salle de bain complète.

Le complexe est face à l'océan avec de superbes vues sur l'océan, beaucoup de parking et un excellent accès à la piscine. Il y a une piscine, un accès direct à l'océan et un parking pour 2 voitures. À distance de marche de ce complexe se trouve une pizzeria, un magasin de crème glacée, Ocean Grill et TIki Bar, et le lac avec des pédalos. Ne manquez pas vos dates, faites votre réservation dès aujourd'hui!

Standard beach condo rental

Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing and the couch was very worn and dated. Other than that it was sufficient. We have stayed at Sea Colony many times and the access to the beach is worth it. Kids enjoyed the saltwater pool.

What a week !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great week in the B2 unit! The deck as a great size and was always in the shade as most are in the sun. You can see the pool just below and the walk to the beach was super easy. The unit was very nice and fully equipped in the kitchen. The only down side was the couch really needs to be replaced. It is very old and the mattress is really not usable. One other note which is housekeeping...the bathroom needed a good scrubbing especially the tub and I don't think the cleaned the floors adequately in between stays. The unit itself was fabulous. I really enjoyed my stay there. The rental folks were super helpful in suggesting where to eat. We tried Soul Flavor and the food was incredible. My husband is a chef and he was impressed !

Beach getaway

Unit overlooks the pool with a partial ocean view. Easy walk onto the beach. The complex and beach was full of families which was great. Condo itself could use updating-master bedroom mattress needs replacement-currently has a foam mattress topper and head boards squeaks at times. Bathroom tub/shower also showing age. Good location to boardwalk and eating .

Where My husband & I stayed was Very disappointed with the unit and should be updated.

This Unit needs a Major Update. The King size bed was lumpy & terrible to sleep in. Needs replaced. The bathroom area was just as bad. The tub area was very dirty and looked like it needed cleaning. The toilet seat was broken and coming off every time you sat on it. Also It was very hard to flush. In the kitchen area the people either before us or before them left coffee grinds in the coffee pot area & it had mold in them. The curtains going out to the deck were smelly and needed to replace. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and needed some extra strength just to open it. Plus the bottom area was very dirty. And the washer & dryer. Terrible. No instructions how to operate it. It took me a while so it would have been nice with instructions. When I finally got it working I thought that I clean out the lint area and OMG! Big fire hazard. The lint area was so full it looked like no one ever cleaned it. Plus in the washer area the rubber ring was black with mold build up again no one cleaned it. Plus when we opened the unit when we first walked in it smelled so bad because someone must have cooked fish in the kitchen area. We had to buy some cleaning spray to remove the smell which believe it or took 3 days to get rid of the smell. And the WI-FI was the wrong code and they had to come out & replace it with a new code. These updates plus a Big Major cleaning & decorations are a must. Very disappointed with the unit. The only thing is we like the Condo’s. We like the pool area & the beach access area as well. Location is great. But this unit is and was a huge dissatisfaction and we will not be staying here.

No air conditioner. HOT

My first impression was the place was super cute and would be a nice place for us for the weekend. And it would have been with a little air conditioner. Myself, my husband, and our three children rented this condo for a weekend in April. When we arrived, the air conditioner was on but it was 76 in the condo. Gave it the evening and overnight, never cooled down. The air wasn't cold at all. We had to sleep with the bedroom window open which made the road noise so loud I couldn't sleep. The next morning, we contacted the realty company. We were told someone would be out within an hour. When we returned from the beach, it was still hot, no AC. I called again. I was told they had been out to look at it but had not been able to contact the owner and couldn't do any work without their approval. The person I spoke with was very nice and said all they could do was bring out fans. A very nice lady brought out two large fans and a coupon for a free pizza for our trouble (only good for local locations and we were checking out the next morning). We spent that night with large, loud, fans running at the balcony door and our bedroom window. It was fun working around them in such a small space to t pack and clean up. So much noise which again caused issues with sleeping. When we got up the next morning, it was 78 degrees in the room. The washing machine smelled awful when I opened the door. It's a front loader and the seal around the door was black, the sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock, and the rental agreement from previous tenants was left on the table. Honestly, I would have given it 5 stars but we paid almost $1,000 to spend a weekend at the beach in a place with no air conditioner. And it was HOT.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience renting from this company! I contacted Intracoastal Realty halfway during our weekly vacation in Carolina Beach. The rental unit we were provided with through another company was horrific, and I was calling around to different companies in the area to find another rental to get us out of our **** hole. All of the staff were super helpful and accommodating and understanding to our situation. We were a able to book Sea Colony B2 around 11 AM and they had us checked in at 4! Unit was beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and organized. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. I am very lucky to have found this place! Check out was a breeze and we all enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to renting from Intracoastal again for next year!

Too many other places to stay...pick one of those!!

The place was run down, dirty, not well maintained. A/C was so loud we bought earplugs. Shower was so disgusting we wore flip flops. TV didn’t work.. Management company was unresponsive. I could go on and on. Too many other places to chose from. Stay there!!

The price of this unit made it worth the lack of ocean views. We were not happy to find out that the pool was not open to guests. We assume it was due to the corona virus, but there was no signage indicating that. The washer/dryer combo was not functioning, but Intracoastal accommodated is for that! Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations. We have a family of 8 and we all slept great! We would definitely consider coming back to this location.

Terrible experience. It was not a vacation at all.

This experience was one of the worst I’ve had while renting a property on vacation. It was as much work and stress as if I would have stayed home. - The refrigerator door sounded like it was going to fall off and woke everyone in the house whenever opened. - The laundry room door was falling off the track. -The tv channels didn’t work in either room. -The microwave only had a couple working buttons. -The pool was closed and I was not notified of that nor was it listed on my booking -The washing machine didn’t spin the laundry and dryer didn’t even cut on. I called to notify the managers and they had a new washer/dryer delivered. It again was not working and taped with caution tape and out of order notes. We went an entire week with no laundry unit, no way to wash our clothes and no one offered any extra linens until we asked. -The neighboring unit notified us that there was a large leak coming from under the unit while we were in the shower. There were multiple streams of water pouring out and a large puddle on the ground. Called the emergency line on Monday and they told us a plumber was coming. He came... FRIDAY night at 9:10PM!!! - sinks drains were slimy and door knobs in the storage closet downstairs were rusted and fell off into my hands when opening it. Was refunded a small fee but it was was not adequate enough to make up for the inconvenience of the stay and stress.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was so bad I left a day early. Right as you enter, there was a hold in a door that was adjacent to the front door - that's the first thing you see. The rental did not look like it was cleaned at all between stays. When I called to complain about this, the cleaners were sent out, and afterwards I was less than impressed. I felt like I was staying in a dirty rental the entire time. There were hard water stains everywhere, which made everything look even dirtier: plates, silverware... the sink was absolutely disgusting. I only showered 3 times because the shower had mold in the corners and on the shower liner. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and scratchy. I asked to be moved on the 2nd day because we were so uncomfortable and they said no. The pool was incredibly old and dirty, and was even closed one day. This was a last minute planned stay for us - so I guess for the price it is what you get. The fact that we left early should say it all.
