Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 19e étage, coin prisé est donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans les quatre chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Plus de combats pour les grands lits !!

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis. Nous avons également l'unité 3br à deux portes de notre 4br.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

The condo was the perfect size for our family trip of 9 and it never felt crowded. The location being on the beach was perfect to walk down every day. The pools were always clean and not overly crowded. Access to everything on site was also a breeze. The only thing we found we had an issue with was the floors were dirty. But we just did an extra mop on the first day and it was fine. We had a baby crawling on the floor so that’s why it was a bigger deal. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

Second time to stay at this particular property and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with during our stay. The location is perfect for anything one would want to do in the Gulf Shores area.

Last bit of summer vacation

Property had plenty of space for 8 adults to unwind and relax. Amenities are located nearby. Beach and pool access were suitable for all adults.

Great place

Check-in to check-out was very easy. Whole family had a great time. Location is close to all of the activities we wanted to do with smaller children. Make sure to bring a couple extra laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and a few extra trash bags.

Amazing view

This large properly was perfect for our family trip and the views were simply incredible! The only down side we found is that the kitchen is poorly stocked - we purchased cookware at tj max to prepare dinner. If you are planning to cook, you will need to pack pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all very large and again the views!! I have recommended this property to friends and would stay again.

Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

Great unit with beautiful decor

Unit 1904 was beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect for our stay, and the living space was nice and large. Having 4 king beds was very nice and the bedrooms had ample space. The only downside was a slow water dispenser in the fridge and slow producing ice maker - though the property has ice available for purchase on site so it wasn't that big of an issue. I would definitely rent again!

Christmas vaycay!

We chose this condo for our holiday trip with our family and am glad I did! There were seven of us and we had a great time! The condo was very spacious and had a lot of amenities! It had glass on two sides of the condo so the views were phenomenal! We had city views in two of the bedrooms and ocean views in the primary ! Updated kitchen and bathrooms and a wet bar with an ice machine! I will definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We had a great time staying here. Very clean. I liked the security on-site and at the beach just insuring everything was well maintained. Close to lots of places to walk to. Nice, large condo for 8 adults and one toddler. Everyone loved the king beds in all the rooms and amazing views from 3 of the rooms. The only suggestion would be to supply extra bath towels as there were just one per person. But overall it was perfect.

Condo was perfect for our family. Could have supplied more dish towels. For the price you would think that at least one parking pass would come with the rental. Other than that it was great! Love ice machine in building!

The building is set up nicely and very convenient for families with small kids as the pool Staff are right near each other (indoor/outdoor) and there is a large shady area at the pool along with the fun slide. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a really good place to spend out vacation. Would suggest an upgrade in the pots, pans and cooking utensils. Cooking our meals was a real chore. Would strongly suggest gas grills instead of charcoal for both time and flavor. Hot tub was inconsistent and was sometimes really hot/cold. View was amazing.

Property Mgr. ‘Confused’

Property Mgr (PM) lied re: said area rug & two couches other guests commented had been replaced. So Disgusting, threw 2 sheets on soiled couches Cleaning crew called by (PM) to vacuum & wet mop floor. Entered condo without ringing doorbell, no knock, no verbal announcement of their entry. Didn’t speak English. Frightened us.. Other issues: dining room blind broken-missing a pull chain, living room TV didn't work properly, blue-tinted screen & poor imaging. Day 3 TV was replaced. Upon arrival, we swept up piles of sand off balcony Kitchen counters dirty w/ dried masses of food Table linen placements were shrunk, stained & torn. Badly worn, frayed jute rug. Faulty Hallway laundry light fixture. Jack and Jill bathroom trash can had large dried blood stain on inside. Hadn't been clean. Microwave light over stove was out. Bathroom vanity light burned out. Jacuzzi tub drain was out; loose in the bathtub. Traveled 14 hours with 2 small children. We were swindled. Very dissatisfied and will never stay there again.

Property is exactly as pictures and description show. Great location, quiet, clean, property amenities are all that you could ask for. Close to restaurants, shopping, state park and so much more. Already planning on a return visit.
