Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 19e étage, coin prisé est donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans les quatre chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Plus de combats pour les grands lits !!

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis. Nous avons également l'unité 3br à deux portes de notre 4br.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect setup for our family! With 3 bathrooms, everyone had their privacy and could get ready expediently! We planned to cook seafood and I messaged Michael before arrival asking what cookware was available. When I told him we planned to do a shrimp boil he purchased a new large boiler and had it waiting on us upon arrival! Upon arrival I discovered that the vacuum was broken. Michael brought us a brand new one the next day!The balcony and the views are nothing short of spectacular!The only downside we had was the ice maker not working properly. Michael did send out a repair man and we eventually had it working. Absolutely would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was at a perfect location for restaurants, shopping, etc. The view from the condo was amazing! Property located right on the beach or fabulous. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were filthy when we arrived. There was food on the area rug. There was a throw blanket that obviously had a smell of pee on it. The couches were filthy and stained definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen had very limited dishes, which were chipped. They had a couple pans that were very old. I would definitely bring your own a kitchen needs! For the price of the condo I was expecting more things in the kitchen. Definitely not happy with the couches and the dirty floors!! I would maybe stay here again if they would improve the kitchen supply replaced the couches and make sure the condo is clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying with Phoenix and it was an amazing time. The condo was the perfect size for our family trip of 9 and it never felt crowded. The location being on the beach was perfect to walk down every day. The pools were always clean and not overly crowded. Access to everything on site was also a breeze. The only thing we found we had an issue with was the floors were dirty. But we just did an extra mop on the first day and it was fine. We had a baby crawling on the floor so that’s why it was a bigger deal. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Perfection!

This condo was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Everyone had plenty of room and was very happy with each of their rooms. Checking in was very simple and the beach wasn’t over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Property is exactly as pictures and description show. Great location, quiet, clean, property amenities are all that you could ask for. Close to restaurants, shopping, state park and so much more. Already planning on a return visit.

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

Pools and common areas were clean and well-appointed. Beach access very convenient. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very nice place to stay. The only unexpected element to our stay was that every single item is removed from the condo during the cleaning process - so - be prepared to bring EVERYTHING: salt, pepper, foil, etc.

The trash disposal was located directly across the room. The view was stunning! The rental had card games, sand buckets, plenty of cleaning products and everything we needed.
