Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 19e étage, coin prisé est donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans les quatre chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Plus de combats pour les grands lits !!

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis. Nous avons également l'unité 3br à deux portes de notre 4br.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Vos vacances seront complètes à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec toutes les commodités, la plage et l'hébergement de luxe. Property is exactly as pictures and description show. Great location, quiet, clean, property amenities are all that you could ask for. Close to restaurants, shopping, state park and so much more. Already planning on a return visit.

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

Second time to stay at this particular property and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with during our stay. The location is perfect for anything one would want to do in the Gulf Shores area.

Pools and common areas were clean and well-appointed. Beach access very convenient. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very nice place to stay. The only unexpected element to our stay was that every single item is removed from the condo during the cleaning process - so - be prepared to bring EVERYTHING: salt, pepper, foil, etc.

The trash disposal was located directly across the room. The view was stunning! The rental had card games, sand buckets, plenty of cleaning products and everything we needed. Amazing view

This large properly was perfect for our family trip and the views were simply incredible! The only down side we found is that the kitchen is poorly stocked - we purchased cookware at tj max to prepare dinner. If you are planning to cook, you will need to pack pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all very large and again the views!! I have recommended this property to friends and would stay again.

Last bit of summer vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a condo all set up and at the last minute it was canceled on us. We rush and found this place. We had a little PTSD so right after confirming I called the rental company to confirm. Not only was the person professional he also helped calm my nerves and texted with me a lot over the next 24hrs to make sure I knew exactly what was happening. I highly recommend this condo and the rental company Brett/Robinson. You can't go wrong.

Condo was perfect for our family. Could have supplied more dish towels. For the price you would think that at least one parking pass would come with the rental. Other than that it was great! Love ice machine in building!

Family vacation

We had a great time staying here. Very clean. I liked the security on-site and at the beach just insuring everything was well maintained. Close to lots of places to walk to. Nice, large condo for 8 adults and one toddler. Everyone loved the king beds in all the rooms and amazing views from 3 of the rooms. The only suggestion would be to supply extra bath towels as there were just one per person. But overall it was perfect.

Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

Mostly outstanding features and a couple of small complaints

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding location, beach access and pools and the view was gorgeous. The living room carpet and other textiles were overdue for cleaning. I don’t think at this rental rate we should have had to buy toilet paper to get through our stay - not really how I want to spend vacation time at the beach. We did in fact forget TP at the store and get stranded one day. That being said the strengths of the property were very strong.

Property Mgr. ‘Confused’

Property Mgr (PM) lied re: said area rug & two couches other guests commented had been replaced. So Disgusting, threw 2 sheets on soiled couches Cleaning crew called by (PM) to vacuum & wet mop floor. Entered condo without ringing doorbell, no knock, no verbal announcement of their entry. Didn’t speak English. Frightened us.. Other issues: dining room blind broken-missing a pull chain, living room TV didn't work properly, blue-tinted screen & poor imaging. Day 3 TV was replaced. Upon arrival, we swept up piles of sand off balcony Kitchen counters dirty w/ dried masses of food Table linen placements were shrunk, stained & torn. Badly worn, frayed jute rug. Faulty Hallway laundry light fixture. Jack and Jill bathroom trash can had large dried blood stain on inside. Hadn't been clean. Microwave light over stove was out. Bathroom vanity light burned out. Jacuzzi tub drain was out; loose in the bathtub. Traveled 14 hours with 2 small children. We were swindled. Very dissatisfied and will never stay there again.

Overall this was a really good place to spend out vacation. Would suggest an upgrade in the pots, pans and cooking utensils. Cooking our meals was a real chore. Would strongly suggest gas grills instead of charcoal for both time and flavor. Hot tub was inconsistent and was sometimes really hot/cold. View was amazing.
