Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe depuis le salon et les chambres !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un t��léviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et de 45 pouces Téléviseurs HD dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale, 2e et 3e, deux lits doubles dans la 4e chambre et un canapé-lit.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Phoenix 1202

Condo is very large and decorated nicely. Great view from large corner condo with views from the beach and the bay. Some upholstery is a bit worn. Our first morning when trying to cook breakfast we realized there was only worn out scratched pans so I emailed the condo and they delivered a brand new set of pans and skillets within an hour so that was impressive. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything and the bed rooms were very nice with comfortable mattress's.

A cute, nice place

This stay was pretty great. The rooms were pretty nice but the pillows in the master bedroom were a little thin. Also, the jetted bathtub does not work. The dryer needs a little maintenance as it doesn't dry clothes very well. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and a pot holder. However, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. Being on the beach was really very relaxing and convenient. We would stay here again.

Nice condo facility. Great location. Amenities and pools were very nice. Plenty of space for the whole extended family. Parking deck and access to our car was quick and easy.

This was the first of many years to come with an annual Girls Trip and Phoenix did not disappoint.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

Trip was great, condo is as it is stated on site. My only issue is with the lack of items in the kitchen to cook for a group of 9 and some of the bed comforters had stains on them.

Perfect location excellent building

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view, beach was not busy, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning, condo had everything we needed for a family of 9 (including an infant), plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean and close to all local attractions. Staff was very responsive so I could easily plan our trip and everything was in working order when we arrived! We had zero problems with the condo! Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Really Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice property right on the beach. Our family had a great vacation here. Condo was clean and very nice. Walk right out from the pool area to the beach. Close enough to walk to some restaurants. Nice kitchen to cook in so you don’t have to eat out at every meal. Charcoal grills available down by the pool. Had a couple very minor issues, and Property Manager responded immediately to take care of them. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Gulf Shores.

It was clean and very roomy with very tasteful decor. The easy access to the beach and the waterslide and pool area for the kids was awesome. I would definitely return to this unit again. So I don't sound too over the top, I will leave one suggestion - could use more coffee mugs but that is it.......

The fact that you are required to purchase a parking pass for $55 per vehicle seems a bit extreme in the off season when the garage is less than 50% full, and you can only purchase at the front desk if you are able to check in during business hours, but otherwise the property was great and enjoyable in all ways.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely, with beautiful views of the gulf. The checkin/check out process very simple. We enjoyed our stay. Two small items were a slight problem. All the patio furniture was shoved against a far wall and zip tied together and since we had invited our son and daughter-in-law over for a drink on the patio before going to dinner and were unable to and a minor thing was there were only 10 hangers in the entire 4 bedroom unit. But, as I said those were minor and we would stay there again.

Awesome Family Time was the goal---- Mission Accomplished!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us in this 4 bedroom condo right on the beach! It was perfect for us and we were able to enjoy 7 days of the beautiful emerald coast as a family. The host was responsive and the condo was clean and pretty much exactly like the pics shown. There are a few staging items (lamps, end tables, pillows and decor) that are shown but other than that everything was great! If I can give any feedback to truly make our experience more perfect, it would be around the pots and pans and utensils avaialbe for use in the kitchen. We made due with what we had but struggled with having enough items to cook in since we were feeding 12 mouths. We ended up eating out 5 of the 7 nights. We would definitely come back and make more memories at Phoenix Towers!
