Notre condo est parfaitement situé sur le coin est du 15Úme étage prisé donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clef de sorte que vous n'avez pas besoin de suivre les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés l'unité est trÚs spacieuse, nouvellement meublé et nouveau sur le marché locatif !!



Les équipements sont abondants à ce condo Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est désignée avec des appareils en taille réelle, wet bar avec machine à glaçons, 65 "HDTV écran plat dans le salon et un écran plat 55" HDTVs dans le maßtre et 2Úme chambre et 43 " Smart TV dans les 3Úme et 4Úme chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maßtre, un roi dans les 2Úme et 3Úme chambres, et deux lits queen dans la 4Úme chambre avec un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 12.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accÚs nul avec toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne donnant sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

Beautiful condo - spacious - incredibly clean & organized - the corner windows made for a wonderful view from the living room - my son & daughter both enjoyed having a beach view from their individual bedrooms - beach is beautiful - conveniently located in Gulf Shores. Parking area is convenient to elevators. This was our first time to Gulf Shores & we will definitely be back, hopefully to this very unit.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

My husband, two daughters (14 & 17) and I stayed here for the Sand In My Boots festival. We loved this condo! The location was amazing, it was clean and had beautiful views! They provide luggage carts for luggage and groceries which was helpful. The girls enjoyed the pool and waterslide. We loved that it was steps from the sand. The ice maker was definitely a bonus! The only thing was, that the condo only came with enough soap for one load of dishes and one load of laundry. They only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the kitchen doesn’t have anything other than dishes and pots & pans. We had to go to the store twice to buy things like salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. Just a heads up. Otherwise it was wonderful and I’d definitely stay there again! I’ve added a couple of views from the balcony, but I forgot to take photos of the inside. It looks exactly like it does in the listing.

Great condo!

The condo was well worth the money. The indoor and outdoor were perfect. The beacj was great; except the jellyfish! The kitchen was stocked woth everything and anything you would need.

Great!

We came off season, but loved it. Great location, and nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the water on the balcony. Everything worked great. Appreciate the vacuums to clean up sand. Also, no issues w elevators (likely bc off season and not busy). Definitely coming back!

Would be nice to have a real dish towel and dish rag and maybe a better supply of toilet paper. Nothing to do with the property but not happy that The Hangout Restaurant charges a flat !0.00 fee if you use a debit or credit card. Who carries cash anymore and Im sure they aren't hurting for money! And most places/restaurants charge a 3.5% fee for using cards. Just wrong in my opinion!

Beautiful condo

Had a wonderful long weekend trip. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Very nice furnishings. Beds comfortable. Really large space and huge kitchen so does not feel crowded even with big group. Easy check in and quick responses from management team. Beautiful views from large patio. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with large water slide the kids loved. Close to beach with easy access. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Even though it was chilly outside we still managed beach time and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There was lots of pool time for the youngest and the hot tubs were wonderful. Everything we needed was right there with a major grocery shopping we stayed in playing games and watching football. We would definitely like to do this again. Our big outing was to OWA water/amusement park that was amazing for the. We had 5 adults, a 15 year old, a 12, and a 6 year old. Lovely furnished home.

Great place for a family getaway

Very nice condo and had no issues during our stay. That said I prefer VRBO rentals where you can have contact with the actual property owner after the reservation is confirmed to ask any questions about details of the property that you might have rather than having to deal with an agent from a big corporation. This system was efficient but very in-personal.

We enjoyed the condo so much! The views were spectacular, saw dolphins daily! The ice make was amazing. Our family loved eating out on the balcony, the table was perfect. The beds and bedrooms were very nice. The pools, both indoor and out were a big hit with all of us. We enjoyed the waterslide very much. The only thing I would add if I was the owner would be beach service. It would have been nice to utilize chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

Our Annual Girls Trip

The room looked just like the pictures on line.The only suggestion we have is more kitchen towels and we had problems getting all the televisions on and of. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay . Definite will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrating 45th wedding anniversary with kids and "grands"...we worried for months about cleanliness, elevators, beach. Everything was absolutely top notch. Very clean, fast elevators...never much waiting and the beach was awesome. The condo actually was almost perfect. The only (very minor) thing would have been nice to have hooks in the bathrooms or one of those retractable clotheslines for wet swim suits and towels. Otherwise...everyone was so happy. It was a great celebration trip!!
