Le Maui Sunset est situé sur plus de 5 hectares de front de mer à Kihei, qui est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs endroits sur l'île Valley. Kihei est connu pour son soleil toute l'année, ses alizés doux et son air apaisant du soir. C'est l'une des zones les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées de toute l'île, avec en moyenne seulement 10 pouces de pluie par an!

Maui Sunset condo au 2ème étage, une chambre / deux condo de bain! Nouveaux planchers de tuiles dans les zones principales et la chambre. Entièrement meublé et prêt pour vos vacances à Maui. Wifi, téléphone et parking inclus sans frais. Coucher de soleil glorieux et magnifiques terrains complexes.

Great price for location.

We loved the location. Although the unit hasn’t been updated it had everything we need to have a fantastic stay. We even meet up with the owner who went out of his way to find us some more outdoor equipment. Great value for the price.

Great property and condo unit

Enjoyed our stay for two weeks in the condo. The grounds and property of the Maui Sunset was incredible. The condo suited all of our needs (two parents + 12yrs and 9yrs). Yes it is slightly dated but clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Small but comfortable

The room we stayed in was a little small for 5 people, but comfortable. The amenities provided were above and beyond, even going as far as to provide laundry detergent. The common area is very well kept, and nice. The beach is also very nice. If you're staying here and you want to hit all the tourist spots, you're going to want a rental car, but everything you need is within walking distance as well.

Maui Sunset is beautiful, the rental needs updating. Our stay was nice. We had to have repair man to correct some problems. We did do a cleaning. All was good and enjoyed the stay.

Although the beach isn't conducive to swimming, it can be walked, and there are lots of turtles to see along the shoreline. It's conveniently located with an easy walk to stores and restaurants.

Great Value

We had a great stay at this Maui Sunset unit. The location and grounds are beautiful.I used the sofa bed and it was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. They’ve added a memory foam mattress topper, which helps.Great value for the price. Unit is a bit dated but that’s why the price was right. Everything was spotless and in good working order.Added bonus was the front closet with beach toys, Tommy bahama chairs and hard and soft coolers. Really helpful for our daily treks around the island.Washer/dryer is full sized which is also excellent.

You have everything you need very close. This condo complex is immaculate overall and the unit we stayed in was perfect in every way. You cannot go wrong with this fully stocked unit and you can actually see the ocean from the balcony.Stop reading this and book your dream vacation without worry.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 29 nights in May at this well located condo. The grounds and views were great. But the condo could use some new updates. Check-in and out were easy. We did find someone's baby underwear under the small table next to the TV stand and a 3 year old Costco receipt between the sofa cushions. Could have been oversight by the cleaning crew. We did enjoy our daily breakfast on the lanai listening to all the birds.

The only negative was that we got in on a late flight and had no instructions, except to call, when we got there. We were stumbling around in the dark. Could have been so much easier and I had tried to find out more before we got there. And no one told us there was a pool key...

Perfect location but unit was very out dated and not clean at all. They had unclean sheets in the sofa sleeer and twin in the living room. Then they tried to blam me that they didn’t know it was for 4 people. The master bed was clean. Through vrbo they ask for how many. The coffee maker was clean but you move it forward and behind was filthy. They only surface clean. I diffintly go there again but different unit. The office and ground keeper kind. My fault for not contacting them sooner. They are returning my cleaning fee.

Staff work constantly to keep the grounds spotless. The grills were scrubbed every morning, the lawn was mowed every Tuesday, and all walkways were clean at all times. The condo we stayed in was very clean also. The furnishings are dated but are functional and clean. Everything worked, including both A/C units. The kitchen could use more plates and forks and a few pans for pizzas and cakes but that is my only complaint. The beach in front of the condo isn’t very nice for snorkeling or swimming because it’s shallow and rocky but they have beautiful sunsets there if you just want to sit on the beach. There are plenty of beaches close by though that are nice. We actually drove to Maluaka Beach to snorkel most days. Overall I was satisfied considering the price we paid to stay there.

Worth every penny to us

This unit was really good for us. 1 bedroom, 2 baths (1 a shower) in a great location. The view from the lanai is hard to believe. I've never seen such attention to a property's lawn. The entire lawn looks so much like a putting green that I thought it was artificial turf! In fact, they DO have an informal putting green on the lawn with various holes to practice on. They supply the putters and balls. It was busy a LOT! Very close to Azeka Mall, an easy walk to the restaurants and stores there. Plenty of parking at the Maui Sunset. We never had to search for a spot. There's an elevator to each of the 5 floors (not all condos in Maui have elevators, this is a "plus"). Nice pool and hot tub, with tennis courts between them and the beach. It's a great area to watch the sunset and take your dogs out (there was a lot of that) and meet people if you like. The condo itself is well priced for what it is: a very functional and relaxing spot! No granite counter tops or shiny new appliances. But everything works and does you what you need. All the basic amenities you need with none of the "flash and flair". Which was perfect for us. Older decor, but clean and easy. We're not the only ones, it appears to be booked out until early 2025 (hoping for someone to cancel, we'll go again). Check in was easy. Close to a lot of nice eateries, easy parking. Not fancy. Not for everyone, but if you're looking for Hawaii at a lower price with decent but basic accommodations, it's perfect.

The great: Location is great!! Condo grounds are great! The pool was awesome. You have an ocean view from the lanai! The not-so-great: My only complaint is the cleanliness. This says it sleeps 5 people and I brought my family of 5. But it's like they weren't actually prepared for 5 people. The only decent bed was the one in the bedroom. There were not enough sheets in the proper sizes for the pull out beds. The pull out sofa was TERRIBLE. We had to prop the mattress up with sofa cushions because it was so uneven (your feet would be 12 inches higher than your head as is). The daybed was filthy. There was an upholstered cover that you needed to remove to put sheets on. The cover had visible pee stains on the underside. Under the cover, there were about 5 mattress protectors that were all either ripped or stained. It was disgusting. Luckily, I found some cleanish sheets in the closet (there was hair on them, but no pee stains) and even though they were way too big for the daybed, that's what I used.
