NEUF à Old Seagrove Beach à quelques pas de Seaside. Cette maison incroyable dispose de 7 King Master Suites, 2 chambres superposés Ensuites avec des espaces de salon (Xbox et Wii U équipée), ET peut accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes dans des lits. Ajoutez à cela, chaque chambre spacieuse dispose de bains, 48 "téléviseurs et vérandas couvertes (chaises Adirondack abondent!) - Le confort individuel dans les voyages de groupe ne s'est jamais senti aussi bien! En plus de la plage à deux pâtés de maisons au sud (accès facile à la plage de Dogwood) et à un pâté de maisons de l'ouest, vous pourrez vous détendre confortablement avec une grande piscine privée (chauffage disponible), 11 chaises longues, deux salles à manger extérieures et un feu. -pit pour ces soirées d'été Smores! Ai-je mentionné la cuisine en plein air avec un nouveau barbecue complet et un réfrigérateur, entouré par le dessus de la surface de granit haut de la ligne? Grand espace de réception ouvert au 1er étage comprenant deux grands sectionnels, de vastes salles à manger et des équipements de cuisine haut de gamme centrés autour d'une télévision 60 "4k pour le match ou la soirée cinéma!

Great property!

We were a group of five families totaling 21 people celebrating college graduation. The house was perfect. Room for everyone in both the outdoor and indoor spaces. 5 minute walk to beach and town. Kim, the owner, is very responsive and great to work with. We had an issue with one toilet not flushing and they sent a repairman almost immediately.

SeaBatical - July 4 2023

This property was perfect for our family of 28! Everything was as expected and the property management company promptly replied to any questions/concerns. Parking for our vehicles & golfcart/bicycle rentals was more than sufficient. The exterior power outlets were most convenient for keeping golfcart batteries charged as needed. Being just 2 short blocks from the public beach access and Seaside made our stay that much better! We weren't disturbed by any of the night-time shenanigans that have recently plagued the Seagrove beach area and the backyard pool provided a much-needed respite from the mid-summer heat. We will absolutely be requesting this property for future vacations in the Seagrove/Seaside area! The refrigerator/freezer and wine chiller in the garage came in handy, as did the storage shelves!

Great family vacation home!

The property for our specific family needs was great! King beds w/ ensuites was luxury. The rooms were spacious. The pool was awesome for our grandchildren.....it was used every day. The rooms for the older grandchildren were perfect....two rooms with bunk beds. And the table seating for 16 worked out perfect! Thanks for allowing us to make great memories!

Great house. Everything as expected. Had 5 families with kids, 18 ppl. All had space and fun.

The private pool was perfect for swimming when we didn't want to go to beach. I would recommend getting a golf cart like we did. That saved a lot of walking and with 16+ ppl in the house, everyone wanted to go to somewhere at different times. Great vacation over all.

Great for a big group

This house is at it appears: beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. Was perfect for our large group, especially since every room is a master suite. Furniture was comfortable and functional for a big group. Kim was super accommodating and great to work with. Shady and short walk to the beach from the house.

Beautiful and spacious home!!

Spacious home, nice pool, great neighborhood, fun walk to Seaside Market, loved the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, Publix grocery store minutes away, relaxing vacation spot!

Spring Break 2021

What a GREAT property to rent for a large group! We had 15 senior girls and 4 moms with plenty of room for all. The pool area, grill, and fire pit allowed for fun parties and a great cookout. The garage has an extra fridge for drinks and a wine fridge which was awesome. The garage also has a lot of storage shelving for anything extra. The house is nicely furnished too. Two of the bedrooms have desks which was really great for a couple of us who had some work appointments. The downside...The sliding doors to the pool are alarmed and it is definitely annoying to manage. It is understandable that it is a Florida code, however in my 10 plus years of coming to 30A, I have never had this in any other house with a pool. They are loud and if everyone doesn’t understand how they work, it’s an even bigger pain to manage. Also, almost everyday several of us got a lukewarm to cold shower. The hot water just couldn’t keep up with everyone showering. The best news is, the property owner is super responsive and has a handy man on call for anything that goes wrong. He shows up within an hour or less and is able to handle anything. The house is great and I would recommend it. The location is awesome!

Great location!

We stayed at this property with five families. Plenty of room. The location relative to Seaside square was great. You will want to rent bikes. Property manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Perfect Family Get Away

Our family had been trying to pick out a date that works for at least 2 years for everyone to attend and the owners were beyond wonderful working with us to make it work! We had 4 separate couples, that each got their own privacy throughout the home between the wonderful 3 floors. The 3 "big" kids LOVED their bunk room and on the couple of rainy or chilly days we skipped the beach, they enjoyed watching the kid movies and playing their games in the bunk rooms. Renting golf carts is a must! As some of my siblings had been to Seaside many times in the last couple of years, the changes made due to COVID were a little sad to them. However once we got the hang of where we had the beach access and our wonderful set up every day at the beach, we felt we had more of a exclusive experience on our part of the beach. You do have to now pay to get in the beach at Seadside from their historic entrance and couldn't even get the fun tourist pictures there. The town is so cute and wonderful and was lovely to have the two golf carts to use to get around. We went in more of an off season and it was still pretty busy, I am sure due to COVID as well. Only suggestion I would make being the main chef for the week, was to have access to more pots and pans, or bring some extras of your own. Plenty of plates and silverware;, we did end up buying plastic cups for the kiddos so they didn't walk around with the glass. You do have to make reservations at many of the restaurants in town in advance if you want to get normal dining hours for both small and large groups. We truly cannot wait to come back here and stay at this house! The house was the perfect size and we could've comfortably fit many more family members. It was clean, and the size of the living and dining room was perfect. You don't want to miss out!!

Fun Family Vacation

Very nice and accommodated our family of 24. Having a bathroom included with each bedroom was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Made many wonderful memories.

Perfect for large groups

We had a great experience at 171 Dogwood. The location, house, and amenities were ideal for our group of 20. A short bike ride to Seaside main area, the beach, and tennis courts. The property manager and cleaning staff were very responsive and accommodating. The beach chair/umbrella daily set up was a nice plus. Only very minor negative would be Dogwood St is not paved. I’d highly recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back again very soon!

Best trip

We had this house rented for spring break when covid hit. We had to cancel and the owner was phenomenal to work with. She reimbursed us all of our money so when she had another cancellation we took the house. Again, she was great to deal with. We loved this house and had plenty of room for all 3 of us. Can’t say enough about the house, the owner and the manager.

The house was wonderful. Very spacious. Everything was clean when we arrived.

A lifetime of wonderful memories!!

This property was exceptional!! We were there for my niece's wedding and it worked perfectly for our large families. We stayed with my sister and her family and my mother. We had all our children and grandchildren so it was literally a full house. No one ever felt cramped at all. There was plenty of rooms, bathrooms and the outdoor space was spectacular! The heated pool was a life saver for our small children because the ocean was too cold when we went in March. We made so many unforgettable memories and we are already talking about coming back to stay in this house!!

Perfection!!!!

We planned a Pastor’s Retreat for them and their wives. It was perfect for them to gather together in this spacious home!! They loved the firer pit and pool deck area to retreat to every evening!!! Each bedroom was beautiful...making it special for each couple!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! It was wonderful!!
