**The neighbourhood** Our loft is located in the vibrant heart of Lucca's historic center. Stepping outside the door, you will be immediately immersed in the magical atmosphere of the city. Lucca's main treasures are just a short walk away: Piazza Anfiteatro: 5 minutes on foot Lucca's ancient City Walls: 5 minutes on foot Piazza San Michele: 5 minutes on foot Torre Guinigi: 5 minutes on foot **Getting around** Lucca is a city best discovered on foot, and the apartment's location is ideal for doing so. You can explore every corner of the historic center without needing any transport. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot, making trips to other wonderful Tuscan cities quick and easy. **Important information** Your safety is our priority. The apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.

The apartment is designed to offer you comfort and style in every detail. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The spacious double bedroom, furnished with a wardrobe and a sofa, is your private retreat. The first bathroom, with a window, features a large shower (140x80 cm) and designer sanitary ware. Going up to the mezzanine overlooking the living room, you will find a relaxation area with an additional sofa bed, TV and a reading nook that also works perfectly as a dedicated workspace. Here you will also find the second full bathroom, enhanced by an original vintage washbasin. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room and high speed Wi Fi connection. For families with young children, a cot is available.
