Everything was fine but the elevators are being renovated and only 2 worked and sometimes only one ,even the service elevator was only one of them On the weekend where the hotel was packed It was very long wait

Convenient Beautiful Resort

This apartment was the perfect size for 2 couples. Sofa bed was really comfortable. Bathroom faucet in bedroom needs to be serviced spout moves around quite a bit.

We had a great stay in this location. It was a bit different from where we normally stay but it was a good change. Only down fall was our phone in the room did not work and the washing machine was not working properly. But other than that it was a great stay!

Great stay

Stayed during a conference. Definitely a better option than getting a way more expensive regular room via the hotel. Room was huge, clean, property is great. Definitely a bit of wear and tear on the room but completely livable. Our particular room’s AC was not great, we had it as low as it could go (65 degrees) but it never got that cold. Owner did have it looked at quickly but wasn’t able to make it colder (said it was working properly)

Not happy customer

Checkin in was horrible ,our room a wasn’t ready -it was ready Kate and we had a baby who was exhausted and no luggage ,the windows were filthy,we kept the curtains closed ,the elevators were horrible 2/4 were broken and took a long time to wait ,once we waited 40 minutes for an elevator

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience with the slight delay upon check in during the busiest time of the year in Miami Beach. The hurricane proof windows on this high rise are regularly cleaned, and scheduled for wash by hotel management, unfortunately it is not a task manageable by the owner. We are sorry to hear of your wait times with the elevators, sharing your thoughts with us have been very helpful and were forwarded to the respective departments. Thank you for staying with us.

Still have not heard from property management

When we went to go valet our car to check in, they didn’t give us a ticket and insisted we leave our luggage by bell hop but took our information. 2 hours of still not receiving our luggage, my husband went down and our luggage was still outside unattended, when my husband questioned valet they said there was a shift change and it wasn’t their responsibility. Even when we went to get our car from valet, they lost our car and it took over a hour to find our car that we lost our reservation and paid $150 for no show. We had a suite with a pullout bed but there were no pillows or blankets, I requested it when I was at the desk they said they’ll be up, nobody showed up. I had to give my elderly parents my pillows and blankets and ended up catching a cold because the AC was on blast and we couldn’t turn it down. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was disconnected. We asked for management multiple times, they say they’ll call but never do up until today. Cherry on top was I have an infant as I go into the elevator to check out there’s someone inside the elevator smoking a blunt, since when was this okay at Fontainebleau? The suite was great other than issues like the phone, AC and missing pillows and blankets, oh and no stand on the master shower for shampoo, etc. service was absolutely horrible though and really ruined our trip for time wasted.

Veolet, This is the first time that we are hearing from you and are surprised that you did not reach out to us at all on the platform or through the contact number on the account. We also checked with owner services and they have no record of a complaint by you during your stay. We also have no email either of any issues. If you had promptly reached out, we would have addressed your concerns. We also have an onsite maintenance personnel who would have assisted you. Some of the issues that you raise are hotel services and again, had we known, we would have assisted there as well to the best of our ability. We host hundreds of guests in our suites throughout the year and are a premier host. It is unfortunate that the proper communication did not occur on the VRBO platform.

Really enjoyed staying at the Fontainebleau but this room needs some work

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO but this room really needs some TLC. Room had not been deep cleaned in months - when I say that I mean walls dusted etc. just didn’t necessarily feel clean or smell very good but didn’t find something specific to complain about. We’re not ones to complain but the best way to put it is this room just needed some TLC and attention. Door knobs fell off when simply trying to go to the bathroom and close the door. Soap holder in shower was only stuck on wall by 1 screw left other was missing and it was lopsided and rusted. Simple things like that really needed maintenance and again the room was very dusty and didn’t smell good at all upon first entering the room. But the owner did respond quickly and efficiently and overall we had a nice time. Room was stocked well and cleaning crew did replenish even paper towels etc which was very appreciated.

Worth it for the balcony view

Had a fun three nights with two friends in this suite. It was nice to have a kitchen but it is very sparsely stocked - just two coffee cups, two wine glasses, one pot and one pan. No salt and pepper or spices or dish soap, though there is a dishwasher with detergent. Brink K-cups for the coffee maker. There's a coffee shop in the hotel but there are long lines every morning. There's no mini-fridge or bathrobes as in the pictures. The view from the balcony is excellent. With no outdoor bars on the property open after sunset, it's a nice place to hang out in the evening if you want to avoid crowds. It doesn't take long to get to the pool from here. There's also a pool on the 7th floor of this tower that is a little calmer than the main pool area where you can watch the sunset. But they do kick you out of all the pool areas right after sunset. The $65 cleaning fee is more like $74 with taxes, and they charge you per cleaning. I tried to clarify the cleaning fee at check-in, but we were still charged two cleaning fees at check-out, one for a cleaning during the stay we weren't expecting, and a check-out fee. The property manager was kind enough to take that up with the hotel for us and we did get one of the charges refunded.

Terrific condo, will come back!

This one-bedroom suite was perfect for our family vacation. We have an older infant, so it was nice to be able to have the crib in the living room while we slept in the bedroom. The place was clean, spacious and had great views of the ocean, the pools, and Collins Avenue. They had a full kitchen with a pot, a pan, and a few plates and utensils which is great for cooking small meals. If you want to cook specific things, I would pack an extra pan . You will need to pickup spices and oil. The condo also had a washer and dryer that was absolutely clutch for our young one. We could have packed half as much. Overall great stay, cant wait to come back!

Tresor 1105

We had a great time with our reservation in 1105. We were 4 girls in our 20s on vacation from Thursday-Sunday in July 2021. The manager of this account was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Check in at the Tresor tower was a breeze! We got in at 12pm Thursday and our room was ready immediately. Room was very clean. Only thing I can complain about is that there wasn’t any dish soap or laundry detergent if need be. We bought alcohol and tumblers for them but had nothing to clean our cups with which sucked. The pull out couch comes with just a think sheet to cover up with. We called room service and requested a comforter because the girls sleeping in that bed got cold over night. Other owner suites I’ve stayed in gave me 2 passes per day for the Lapis spa - this reservation only allowed one day passes of the spa for just two people. But other than that - room was great. We loved the view. Great amount of space. 2 showers and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. Booking was easy. Check out was simple and quick. Will use again and would recommend to others.

Nice location great view

Nice location and great view however, the unit is a little dated and needs to be be updated as far as curtains worn and torn/spotted. Some lighting blown. Balcony furniture worn as well as refrigerator was not cleaned to standard. It would have been nice to have some type of fresh plug ins or air fresher. Nevertheless the owner was ver responive to my concerns and had someone address each matter. I will also add the valet service and front desk needs to tighten up on whom they release room keys and car keys. Things happen to fast. I'd stay again. Amenities that the resort offer are awesome.

Miami Getaway

I've stayed at this property many times but never with my family through VRBO. The suite is much nicer in person (in my opinion). We loved the balcony, views and spacious accommodations! In order to make it more comfortable for the kids, we ordered 2 rollaways (with a fee) which was well worth it for us! Easily fit a family of 5 and we truly enjoyed the property an amenities. Valet was convenient and easy as well! Overall, excellent stay!

Nice amount of space!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Fountainbleau hotel. It was nice to have 2 full baths and a full kitchen. The pull out sofa could have been more comfy and we had to request covers for this bed. The toilet was running and we reported it but we ended up just shutting the valve as they never came up to fix it. But overall, we loved the hotel and the pools and the view from the balcony!
