Belle maison de Haena prĂšs de la plage TVNC-5137

Lumineux, amusant et à quelques pas de la plage, cette maison est idéale pour les réunions de famille et les retraites. Le Ka Wai Aloha est situé à Haena, à deux pùtés de maisons des eaux cristallines de la baie de Naue et à 20 minutes à pied de la célÚbre plage de Tunnels, à Kauai. Haena a une route principale qui se termine au lagon bleu de Ke'e Beach et au début du sentier menant à la randonnée épique de la cÎte de Napali à Kalalau.

La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert, cinq chambres, wrap autour lanai et grande cour arriÚre. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon.

Le chemin de la plage de l'autre cÎté de la rue vous emmÚnera à Naue Bay pour la baignade, la plongée et les bombardements. Une promenade de 10 minutes sur la plage vous mÚnera à la plage de Tunnels pour la plongée avec tuba, la plongée et le surf de classe mondiale.

Si vous recherchez du plaisir et de l’aventure ou juste un peu de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et une chaise de plage, Ka Wai Aloha sera la base de vos vacances de rĂȘve!

Beautiful place!

My family and I had a great stay. Everything was super clean, you had access to a lot of helpful things including extra towels and beach gear. It was also walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. We would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our party consisted of 4 adults & 3 kids who spent a total of 10 days at this location and we loved it. The beach was five minutes away by foot, the neighbor was sociable and kind, and it felt like a local spot not too many travel. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of fans to use if needed, and more than enough towels for beach trips. Loved it!

Great Family Beach Rental

This property was great for our family - 5 couples and a couple littles. Very well stocked and close to beach. No a/c but really only got very warm in early evening. We loved our time here and we’re all sorry to leave. Would definitely come back.

Haena Heaven

Splendid vacation rental home which we enjoyed immensely. Home has five bedrooms, surrounded by a deck featuring lounge areas, grill, dining table and chairs, with a wonderful view. Home is well equipped with all kitchen necessities, bath and beach towels, etc. I will definitely return again to this wonderful rental.

Perfect Family Reunion and Get-a-way ...

A family of eight from multiple cities met here for week-long stay. We found this property was just the ticket! The home is large, inviting, clean, well-stocked, superbly maintained - basically everything we needed for our stay. The coffee maker's heating element failed mid-stay and I texted Krisha. Voila ... a brand-new coffee maker showed up. Wrap around lanai and backyard mountain views every morning was spectacular. Communications with Krisha was super easy, check in, check out super easy too. Walking distance to great beaches and hiking in Na Pali to Hanakapi'ai Falls. It was great the house had beach chairs, sunshade umbrella, ice chest, etc. This is just a great property. We use VRBO often and this property will not disappoint. Highly recommend.

The bedrooms, although close in proximity to one another, provide ample privacy from each other. The house is spacious and awesome... it is a short walk to sand and beach which is great. Tunnels reef is a bit of a walk but doable if you're not lugging coolers and children and gear, etc... which we were, and did accomplish one of the days haha. Other than initially setting up the rental, we never saw or spoke to anyone from the rental company, which was actually really nice. Everything was explained and provided through their app. Totally hassle free! Overall we were very satisfied with the rental. We had an awesome trip.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Ka Wai Aloha. The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our 8 family members. Some felt very hot in the house- the glass block skylight in the bathroom seems like a heat sink. We purchased items that felt necessary, and perhaps, should be included in such a well stocked kitchen: zip lock bags, freezer packs, spray cleaner, sponges, condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, rice vinegar, shoyu, plum vinegar, salt and pepper). The other cautionary comment concerns the neighbors on the south side. They would wash their boat (or hose something large and noisy) and run garden equipment at 6:00 AM! Not welcome at all. We were quiet and respectful of the neighborhood.

Ka Wai

We are back home after an enjoyable 9 days at Ka Wai Aloha on Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Kauai is always great for us. The beach is an easy walk from the house. However the house in need of some repairs: many of the screens need repair allowing mosquitoes to come in or not allowing you to open the window. The top of the dishwasher is broken and falls off its track when pulled out 2 of the showers are leaking under the house when they are running the refrigerator freezes on the top shelf and the freezer keeps ice cream continually soft. Adjusting the temperature was not possible with the control panel. many of the sliding doors are not able to lock one of the bed frames is broken most beds are not comfortable except the master The road noise is a pretty tough sell but it finally calms down in the evening. The location to the beach is great. I sound like a whiner but actually we had a great time. The kitchen is well appointed and there were lots of towels. When I called Kisha, our representative, to express my concern about the broken bed on Sunday, she called me back within and hour and was very nice. Thanks you for all the work you do on these houses. I am sure you don't know these issues exist unless someone tells you Mahalo for reading my email

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable North Shore home. We had views of Bali Hai right from the lanai and the beach that you could walk to from the house had a gorgeous sunset. Quite a bit of road noise in bedrooms on the front of the house but overall very comfortable and we had a great time.

Unique large home on the north shore

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay here. With 5 bedrooms, we each had our own space. The wrap around lanai was our favorite feature. The lush backyard and views of the mountains from here were a welcome addition. The kitchen was well equipped and table for 8 fit us all. Only drawback would be it is a trek to anywhere but the northern reaches. Since those include Tunnels Beach and the Nepali Coast it was an easy inconvenience to overlook.

Beautiful stay on the north shore of Kauai

It was a great size for a large group. Two families of four plus a MIL. 5 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. We were very comfortable. Well outfitted kitchen. Many areas to hang out inside and outside. We didn’t go to the beach walking distance much. But Hanalei, Anini and Hā’ena were all awesome and we went multiple times each. Overall, it’s accessible to a lot of great stuff via short drive. We would go back to this property.

Nice house, poor management

The house is nice, well equipped and a great location. We lost power for about 40 hours due to a wind storm. This was in nobody's control but the management response was disappointing at best. When asked about candles or flashlights, I was told ("Dang!") there used to be some but they must have been removed by earlier guests. No offers to bring us anything to replace the missing flashlights. Interestingly, a neighbor had stopped us earlier in the day as we walked back from the beach to make sure we had flashlights stating that power typically was out with windstorms so we assumed that there would be supplies at the house due to this predictable occurrence. At no point did anyone check in to see how we were coping or if we needed anything and when I asked what the plan would be if the power didn't return, I got no response at all to my inquiry. I love the island but won't return to a property managed by Kauai Palms Real Estate.

Large group for 40th birthday week

We spent a full week in this house, and had an amazing time! We had 9 adults in the house, plenty of space for hanging out on a couple of our rainy days, and 3 showers were plenty for after beaches or days out.

Great place for a family

Overall, we had a great stay at this property! The space is much larger and all of the rooms were even nicer than they appeared in the photos. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. They have beach toys, snorkels and masks, and many travel chairs available to use, which made beach outings much more fun and relaxing! The full porch was a wonderful spot to relax, and the fans kept the house comfortable on hotter days. However, we did find that the lack of extra toilet paper and paper towels was a bit inconvenient. We really didn't want to make the drive in to town to restock some. Unfortunately, we had to because the manager did not, being a weekend. Despite this minor issue, we would recommend this rental for its excellent location and comfortable living space. The porch and furniture all around on it made the place for us!

Kaua'i Craigmiles - Land Family Vacation

This property was perfect in so many ways. We were a large party and finding a vacation rental with enough bedrooms and bathrooms is challenging for the north shore of Kaua'i. The home is well appointed for the vacation experience, and the wrap-around lanai is really nice to enjoy all of the surroundings. The area beneath the home was a perfect hang out during rainy weather with plenty of space for the adults and kids to enjoy outside of the house, plus you can park under the home which is nice when it rains. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as our base for our Kaua'i excursions and it met all of my family's needs.
