We recommend completing your check-in on or before 5:00 PM, as our office team is available during business hours should you need any assistance.



Arrivals After 5 PM

If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please make sure to familiarise yourself with the check-in instructions in advance, as after-hours support is limited and reserved for emergencies only.



No On-Site Reception

Please note that we do not have an on-site reception, so all check-in information will be provided digitally.

As we are not a hotel, daily housekeeping and concierge services are not provided. This helps us offer comfortable accommodation at a more affordable price.
