Approximately 10km south of Syracuse there is the seashore called Terrauzza with a fascinating rocky coastline and blue crystalline sea. The next sandy beaches are about 5.5km (Lido Arenella) and around 9km (Fontane Bianche) from the Villa. Lido Arenella is one of the best-organised and most beautiful private beach resorts of the eastern Sicilian coast. The beach resort of Terrauzza guarantees a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes. Syracuse, the city of baroque art Noto or the wonderful natural reserve of Vendicari are easily to reach from the Villa.

Villa Margo is located about 1.1km from the rocky beach and enjoys wonderful views over the landscape and the Ionian sea, and offers a private swimming pool.

Inside:
The spacious living area is set on two different levels and offers comfortable furnishings for six persons.
Few steps will lead to the upper level with spacious living area including the eat-in kitchen (fridge, 5-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher), air conditioning and living room with wood oven and TV. This floor also comprises two bedrooms with double bed (one with air conditioning) and elegant bathroom with shower. A few steps through an external staircase will lead to the lower, separated area where you can find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Outside:
Verandas and terraces offer many possibilities to spend time outside and enjoy the climate. The veranda is perfect for eating outside and is reached through the kitchen. A few steps lead up to an irregularly shaped private swimming pool (12m x 10m/4m, 1-1.5m deep; not suitable for toddlers and young children) with a whirlpool, where a small gazebo offers the possibility to sit in the shade, but still close to the water. External shower. Some more steps lead to a terrace with amazing views of the sea in the distance, the whole landscape which reaches Syracuse and on clear days till Mount Etna. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the property. Wi-Fi and two bikes available are included in the price.
A car is recommended, and a convenient free parking place is available inside the property.
