Spacieux condo de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain au 4ème étage situé directement sur la plage. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre spacieux balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer. Remodelage complet de la cuisine terminé en 2017.

WiFi gratuit. Chambre des maîtres - lit king size; télévision par câble; rideaux occultants; salle de bains principale attenante avec combinaison baignoire / douche et vanité simple. La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen-size; télévision par câble. La deuxième salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une seule vanité. Salon a la télévision par câble; canapé-lit queen; rideaux d'occultation. Cuisine entièrement équipée (y compris les petits appareils, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, ouvre-boîte électrique, etc.) Laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. Draps / serviettes fournis.

Marcher à des restaurants fast-food ... y compris Pizza Hut, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins et Subway. «The Track» est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons du condo ... comprend des go-carts, golf miniature, arcade, bateaux tamponneurs, saut à l'élastique. Pour les jours de pluie, le cinéma Rave est situé dans le centre commercial Destin Commons ou au bowling au coin du boul. Mathew. Proche du golf, de la cuisine de classe mondiale, du centre commercial Silver Sands, du parachute ascensionnel, des croisières sur les dauphins et bien plus encore.

This property is exactly as stated on line - it's beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The bonus was a stand-alone ice machine, that was a nice surprise.

The Breakers 403

We had a very good stay. This place is clean and the views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors and some issues with the elevators. Also it would be nice if they would keep a few things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. But we would stay here again!

It was clean, and had everything that we needed except laundry detergent, and I brought my own. The location was perfect, and close to restaurants, and grocery stores as well. Our only negative comment is that you have to let the hot water run for a few minutes before it ever gets warm, and there’s low water pressure, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We would definitely stay there again!

It is so relaxing and the perfect time to come to the beach. This year was no different. My only complaint is that condo neighbors near us smoked weed a lot which made it hard to want to sit out on the balcony. It got so bad a couple of times that we had to shut the balcony door to avoid the condo smelling like weed

Noisy Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately our experience to get some peace and quiet time was not what we got here. We ended up leaving 3 days early due to all the construction noise in the building and the building next door. There were hammer drills and hammering from 9am till 5pm each day making it impossible to relax. Even on the beach the sounds could be heard. I wish we would have been told there was construction going on, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Also the apartment was not equipped with black out curtains so the light from the outside corridor filled the bedroom making it very difficult to get any rest.If those things matter to you I would suggest finding out before completing your reservation. The beach is great and the view from the condo is great. Just wished we would have asked more questions about possible noise and light issues before booking.

Restful Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers East is an older building which is well maintained. Would we rent again? - absolutely. We found the water pressure in the unit to be low. I'm not sure there's much the owner could do on that front. We also found the porch furniture to be well used. I'd toss most of it and add a few high top Adirondack chairs to see over the railing versus having to look through the slats of the railing.
