Emerald Towers 803 is a gorgeous condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Ocean views in shades of turquoise and emerald sit center stage in this stunning retreat. It’s easy to prepare delicious meals in the fully-appointed kitchen with all the essentials and even a few extras. Gorgeous views on the Emerald Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice location with easy access to the beach. The beach service is amazing and so convenient. The view is gorgeous. We liked that the parking lot was gated so we could leave our cooler right in the back of the truck. Overall, very nice stay at this location.

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was clean when we arrived! The owners were available whenever we needed them, and they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were ok. We loved the beach chairs that were included with our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The beach was amazing as was the pool. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful view of the beach/water.

Incredible experience

This condo was so perfect for our family! It was the perfect location and size. The beaches were amazing. Having the free beach service was such a great perk. We loved it so much we booked back next year. We cannot wait to go back. It’s truly our home away from home.

I have no complaints about the condo. It wasn't crowded at all like some of the other condos in the area. Very clean and the staff was amazing. Tony was a great host and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Will stay again.

Wonderful beach vacation

The condo was a wonderful home away from home for a few days. It was up to date and had an inviting atmosphere. With two small children it was great to have beach access as soon as you walk out. The communication with the host was top notch. Super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was great and the view was amazing! Our hosts Tony and Melissa were the best hosts we have had to date! We felt like their highest priority was to make sure we had the best possible vacation with our family! Highly recommend!

Great time!

Let me start by saying Tony was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Before our arrival he had reached out to let us know everything we needed to know about accessing the property, WiFi info and parking pass information. Being this unit is privately owned, the front desk was of little help when I asked about the beach chairs. We did indeed have chairs ready for us at the beach all week which was wonderful. We had some questions throughout the week and Tony was very quick to respond and resolve the situations. The pool was great for the kids. I would definitely come back and stay at this unit again.

Excellent stay at the beach

We had an excellent stay at the Emerald Towers!. The condo was just as it appeared online. The view was great. The access to the beach was wonderful. The availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus!. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property owner checked in on us to ensure all was well with out stay. The personal touch was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Best view/good communication

The condo was as described. Great view of the ocean and we even saw dolphins one morning! The residents we met were all so happy and pleasant. The pool was clean and heated and the grounds were well kept and pretty. Tony was very good at communicating and issues were handled promptly (replacing a couple lights). We would recommend this condo for sure!

Amazing Stay

We traveled down from Ohio and loved our stay. Starting out, we arrived way earlier than anticiapted. I reached out to Tony and he informed me that the condo was ready-AWESOME! Everything was clean and convenient. There are several restaurants within close distance to the condo--a few great ones were AJs, McGuires, and Deweys Seafood. We were checked on several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. Elevators are right outside, easy beach access for all ages, and the pool was great.

Very nice clean condo in a good location. Beach balcony overlooking Beach. No problems at all.

Overall impression great. King size bed wasn’t up to par. Needs to be replaced with something Other foam rubber Ew had a great stay except for the bed.

Beautiful balcony with views of the sunset and the sunrise

Beautiful condo location was everything a few things need to be fixed in the condo. Nothing major I went with my niece and my daughter. We had an amazing time we picked a week that was a little cooler than normal but we still enjoyed every second of our day Tony and Melissa are awesome anytime I had a question. They responded to immediately.

Location. Location. Location.

We spent the last week of August 2023 here. This was just the perfect getaway. Any closer and we would have been in the ocean. The owners checked in with us several time during the week to make sure everything was going ok. There was a facility/maint man who we often saw onsite. He entertained all of our out of towner questions. Hurricane Idalia made landfall during our stay. 100% ready to go back. The condo was cozy.

Melissa and I have been married for 32 wonderful years and we have 3 awesome daughters- Rachel (28 years old), Abby (27 years old) and Sara (23 years old).
Rachel is a nurse at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN and is working on her Nurse Practitioner’s License at Vanderbilt; Abby has her Master’s Degree from Clemson University and currently works in Clemson’s Student Ethics and Conduct, Student Affairs; and Sara is graduating from Indiana State University in Elementary and Special Education.

As a family we have been coming to Destin, Florida for over 20 years and we absolutely love it. The white sand beaches and crystal clear water are amazing. We really enjoy hanging out on the beach and walking to the Back Porch for an occasional beach drink and after spending time on the beach. The Back Porch is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch or dinner. We also love to spend the day at Crab Island, Harbor Walk, Harbor Town, and Destin Commons to name a few. Other restaurants we enjoy going to include- LuLu’s, Boshamps, Fintail, Crab Trap, and AJs.
