The location of this condo is excellent and very convenient to the beach and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay less enjoyable.It was not disclosed that the unit is directly across from the elevators, so we heard neighbors at all hours. The guest bedroom that faces the elevators has no curtains, so hallway lights and noise came in throughout the night, making it hard to sleep.The guest bedroom also had a strong, musty odor, and the plush carpet in the bedrooms held onto that smell. The carpet is old and needs replacing. Cleanliness was lacking. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and my childâs white socks were brown within hours. Bathroom doors showed significant wear with peeling paint. There were gnats in the kitchen sink, a dead moth in the closet, and moth holes in the master bedroom curtains.The biggest frustration was the beach setup. I asked months in advance if tents were allowed and was told yes, as long as they were behind rental chairs and umbrellas. When we arrived, large signs clearly stated that tents and canopies are not allowed. This was difficult with a three year old who needed shade, and the beach chair and umbrella rentals were extremely expensive.This condo has potential because of its location, but it needs a deep cleaning, updates, and more accurate communication. We will not be staying here again.
