I love this condo. The view is spectacular. In fact, a photo on the listing I have as my office computer screensaver. Decor is nice and not cheap looking like many other condos. Beds are very comfortable. I have already booked my trip for next year. Will be my 3rd year in a row!!

The condo, views, and atmosphere all wonderful. Wish we could have had some warmer weather, but had a great time still. Hope to go back soon! The oceanfront Gulf views are breathtaking!

The view from the patio was awesome. The condo was in great condition requiring some minor updates. Everything was in good working order. The property was very clean and friendly. I would rent this unit again I gave this a five star rating.

Quiet, Beachfront Condo with Awesome View

Check-in process was different than I’ve ever experienced but, thankfully, there were a couple of very helpful young ladies that work for Compass in the lobby/office when we arrived at 4:30 pm. Therefore, the doors weren’t locked and we didn’t have to find a lockbox at Winn Dixie to get a fob to get into the building with. The code Pinkie emailed us worked fine to get us into our condo and from there we were able to find our bracelets/fobs and figure out how to navigate the property. We were there 5 nights and only saw 1 other person on the elevator the entire time. Pinkie was prompt to respond to our voice message requesting maintenance on the sleeper sofa. However, the repair person didn’t make an appearance until two days later. Luckily, my grandson was flexible and was willing to sleep on the sofa without extending the bed for our first 3 nights. There was a heated pool advertised but neither pool was heated when we were there Feb 15=20. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach and the Gulf’s green water and white sand provided an awesome view. You could enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

good condo in a great location!

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week in January. The place is well stocked, with a great ocean view in a great location. Our flight didn't get into Fort Walton until around 11pm leaving us to try to figure out the "after hours" check in process. If you get the instructions for the hidden key box just know that there is not a store called Destin Lock anymore, it's still a lock store, just not Destin Lock. The kitchen has about everything you would need. The furniture was comfortable, however, the mattress in the master bedroom is about ready for replacement, the view from the balcony is great! Pools, hot tubs and beach access are very nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views comfy beds

Lovely condo! Views from 17th floor are absolutely amazing! Comfy beds at least one was an adjustable bed. Pool and facilities were amazing! Only complaint was it was a bit dusty on ceiling fans and wall light fixtures.
