Breakers East est situé au cœur de la rue du parc aquatique Big Kahuna. Marchez jusqu'à la restauration rapide Pizza Hut, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House et Subway. «The Track» est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons des karts, mini-golf, arcade, bateaux tamponneurs, saut à l'élastique. Pour les jours de pluie, le cinéma Rave ou le Fishbowl and Grill (bowling) d'Uncle Buck est situé dans le centre commercial Destin Commons. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. This is our 4th Thanksgiving at Breakers East :). We love it!

Nice location...right on the main drag

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They only had one elevator working which made it a nightmare trying to get an elevator. The king size bed is terrible. Wished the king bed was memory foam like the other bed room. The shower/tub in the king bedroom was plugged. Took water forever to run water out of the tub. Didn't receive the number of items in the condo that was listed on the reservation list so we had to go to the store. The condo itself is good size. Very roomy. Liked the bar table and stools on the balcony. Can look over the balcony right to the water. Did like they had a code for you to input to get on the property from the beach. We had a late flight coming home and the beach chair people wouldn't let us have chairs that morning/afternoon before our flight since that was check out day even though we were out of the condo.They had hardly any chairs/umbrellas set up that day so we knew they had plenty of chairs for us. We did get two chairs and an umbrella with our rental which was nice. Can walk to Dunkin' Donuts or Chick Fil-a and the nice restaurants are just a short drive to any of them. Grocery store close by. If you have a bad back and plan on staying in the king bed room I would not stay here. The bed is that bad.

We have been renting at Breakers East for over 20 years. Its location is perfect for us, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Beach service has always been excellent. Through the years the units have aged and been renovated so be careful with the age of the latest redo. This trip the grounds and common facilities were definitely showing their age. The elevators were never very fast but now one was out of service (would have been nice to know before we rented) making coming and going painful. The the lobby area, gates to the beach were dirty and worn (with cracked tiles and soiled surfaces). One tennis court has been replaced with two pickle ball courts (smart move) and the parking lot and entrance gate area remain in good shape and well lit. We love the property but it needs some updates.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the condo is situated right on the beach. Updated finishes throughout. Other than the amazing view, what we enjoyed most was the space and layout of the condo. Every room was spacious with tons of counter space in the kitchen! Huge dining room table was another plus. Lots of extra pillows and bedding and very well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that we did see a few roaches during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Getaway

The property was absolutely wonderful for our family! The balcony was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the beach. The rooms were large, and the beds in the guest room gave everyone their own space. We will definitely be back. It was perfect!

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OUr family of four stayed in this unit mid-June. The Condo is beautiful and spacious. The open floorplan is great! Plenty of seating for a larger group. Air conditioning is powerful enough to combat FL humidity, and the internet signal was strong even on the balcony. ONe note, there are no beach toys or chairs other than those provided by the rental company. The description only said "towels provided" and we assumed this means beach towels. We purchased four and left them for the next guests. Also, no beach chairs or toys. When the rental company removes the chairs at the end of the day, there is nothing to sit on if you want to go to the beach in the evening. Minor inconvenience given how comfortable and spacious the unit is. The kitchen floor was dirty. I does not appear as if it had been mopped. Dark grey mop water when we cleaned confirmed our suspicions. Overall, we loved our stay and would select this unit on a return trip to Destin.

Everything I was Looking For!

This property was just as advertised and perfect for my family. The condo building is not as big as some of the ones around it so the beach was not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Past renters had left beach chairs,toys,and boards to use and there was a box full of the same by the pool. We enjoyed having the rentals right outside. We saw dolphins daily, one time 25. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. Plan to wait forever for the stove to heat up...The description does say no condiments. Not even salt and pepper. Master bed was amazing. Nice furniture on the patio and relaxing to sit outside. Immediate response from manager and problems resolved did not affect our stay. We had horrible weather but this property helped to make the trip successful.Thank You!
