From the moment you step through the private entrance, South Coast Boudoir makes an impression. Gold-and-teal patterned ceilings, dark walls, tropical plants, faux-fur rugs, framed artwork, and carefully chosen furnishings create an atmosphere that feels indulgent yet genuinely welcoming. Guests often remark on how immersive the interiors feel in person while still being comfortable and homely.

The living room is the centrepiece of the flat, arranged around two yellow velvet sofas, an ornate fireplace surround, and a 55-inch smart TV with soundbar — ideal for relaxed evenings after a day on the coast or in the countryside. The private patio offers another inviting space for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening drinks. The flat is fully heated throughout, with portable fans available during warmer months.

The Layout

South Coast Boudoir is a fully self-contained flat with private access, giving guests complete independence during their stay. A lockbox beside the entrance allows for flexible arrival.

Living Room
The living space showcases the property`s signature dramatic style with dark walls, bold patterned ceilings, yellow velvet sofas, faux-fur rug, ornate fireplace, tropical plants, and curated wall art. A 55-inch smart TV with soundbar provides entertainment, while full heating and a ceiling fan ensure year-round comfort.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and longer stays, featuring dark fitted units, open wooden shelving, and a breakfast bar with stools. Appliances include an oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso machine. Dishes, cookware, wine glasses, tea, and coffee are all provided. Ethernet access is also available for guests needing a reliable wired connection.

An iron and ironing board are provided. There is no washing machine within the flat, though a nearby laundromat is available for longer stays.

South Coast Boudoir is located in Felpham village, a charming coastal community just east of Bognor Regis. The village offers a relaxed atmosphere, a conservation area, and easy access to Felpham Beach, which is approximately 10 minutes away on foot.

Guests will find cafés, pubs, and local amenities within walking distance, while Butlins Bognor Regis is located nearby for additional entertainment. Bognor Regis town centre, with its promenade, pier, shops, and restaurants, is only a short drive or bus journey away.

The wider area offers plenty to explore, including Arundel Castle, Chichester Cathedral, Petworth House, Goodwood Racecourse, Tinwood Vineyard, and the South Downs National Park. Activities nearby include walking, cycling, sailing, golfing, and gliding.

Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be charged automatically to the card on file. Failed payments must be completed within 24 hours or the booking may be cancelled. Card fees of up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled.
- A £100 security deposit is required via a secure third‑party platform 2 days before arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after checkout.

Optional extras such as early check-in, late check-out, and add-on packages are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival
• No refund within 14 days of arrival
