Cette propriété marine côté plage est un accès direct à la plage depuis le jardin. Avec un petit mur protecteur à franchir, vous êtes là pour profiter de votre plage.
7 Aldwick Avenue est une maison moderne de trois chambres avec un grand jardin privé, un parking pour plusieurs voitures, avec un parc à 200 mètres et un café de plage.
Il dispose d'une grande cuisine-salle à manger avec accès au jardin, d'une salle à manger avec accès au jardin et d'un salon surélevé donnant sur la mer et également sur le jardin.
Il y a un grand patio surélevé depuis le transat, un patio depuis la salle à manger et un grand patio au bout du jardin, tous avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
Trois chambres confortables, deux avec vue sur la plage et une avec accès au balcon.
Deux salles de bains (une en-suite) et une salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée.
Magnifiquement meublé et équipé et un baby-foot dans la salle à manger.
À seulement quelques kilomètres de Chichester et de Goodwood et de nombreuses autres attractions locales.

Short but beautiful break

We only stayed at this wonderful place a couple of nights after visiting family in London, but is was one of our bests vacations. The house is splendid. The ocean view spectacular. Rooms are specious and tastefully decorated. All the basic facilities you need and more. Contact with the owner was quick, helpful and friendly. We will fondly remember the evening Beachwalks at ebb.I will recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house and garden

House and location were wonderful with the beach right at the end of the garden. Views of the sea from bedrooms and living room and everything you need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful break on the beach

Comfortable home right on the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Excellent accommodation, with views of the sea. Very clean with every facility you might need. Easy access to Chichester and Arundel and lots of excellent pubs in the area. Thoroughly recomend!

Fantastic holiday, home from home! Amazing views of the sea (even better than the pictures!!), spacious, very clean throughout and has everything you need. Great location with the pier, shops, takeaways and restaurants all within a 20 min walk or short drive! Only 20 mins to Chichester and 40 mins to Worthing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! takeaways

Wonderful

We had a wonderful week with our 8 year old daughter and grandmother. The beds are comfortable and the house was exactly as decribed. The house is located in a quiet side street and you find a park with playground across the street. I had the best communication ever, very kind, quick and always reachable

Aldwick Avenue is a lovely place, 100m from our previous home. The garden is excellent and to be able to walk straight onto Aldwick Beach caps it all.

Wonderful retreat

We stayed for 4 nights to explore the Portsmouth area, and Martin's place was ideal in every way. The house was much bigger than we expected, is very nicely furnished, has an especially fabulous kitchen, was perfectly clean & quiet, and has a wonderful view. We very highly recommend it, and hope to stay again.

A sunny week by the sea

Ticked all our boxes

Did what it said on the box. Fabulous. Only observation was the cooker. We hardly did any cooking as we tend to eat out. We always check the obvious - cooker etc. It was a bit sticky round the door and inside. Not criticizing just a observation. Not sure if you have paid cleaners but sometimes this things get overlooked. Thank you for a wonderful break on the best week so far this year. Sunny June.

Absolutely LOVED it here, so much so that we are hoping to go back another twice next year!! The house is in a wonderful position right on the beach, loved having the window or balcony door open and going to sleep with the sound of the waves! There is everything you could possibly want in this beautiful home from home. For those with dogs, there is a perfect lean to at the side of the kitchen - so you can come in with sandy/wet dogs and boots etc.. and clean the dogs and yourself up in there before going into the kitchen instead of having to do this out in the rain/wind etc... - absolutely perfect. Plenty of post/pans, crockery etc.. and great quality kitchen for making meals. Just a lovely place that we hope to be back to next year.

Felt Like Home

We loved your house Martin. It felt just like home and very comfortable. The house is situated in an ideal position with direct access to the beach and easy access to Bognor Town Centre. It was great for us as it meant we were very close to our family in Aldwick. The house has everything you need and well equipped. The lounge was a wonderful place to relax and take in the sea views, enjoy the sunshine and some stunning winter sunrises. The kitchen has all the facilities you need with plenty of space to dine in the kitchen or in the dining room. I have to say that we had the best night sleep in a long while, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all a good size. Unfortunately, staying in December ment that we were not able to make the most of the beach/sea, the lovely big garden and balconies, it would be lovely to be able to stay in the summer sometime. Thank you Martin for letting us stay and we hope to visit again in the near future.

We bought is fantastic house to enjoy the views from Selsey Bill across the bay towards Brighton. It is great in the summer but also wonderful at all times of the year just to sit in the lounge and watch the sea or walk along the beach .
