Located in the charming village of Birdham, this annexe is perfectly positioned to enjoy some of the very best of the West Sussex coast.



Just moments away is Birdham Marina, a lovely spot for a stroll along the water, watching the boats and soaking up the relaxed coastal atmosphere. From here, you’re also right on the edge of Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, ideal for walking, cycling, paddleboarding or simply enjoying the scenery.



A short drive takes you to the famous sandy shores of West Wittering Beach, one of the South Coast’s most sought-after beaches, known for its dunes, clear waters and stunning sunsets. Nearby Bracklesham Bay offers a more laid-back vibe, perfect for a seaside coffee, fossil hunting or watersports.



The area is dotted with fantastic coastal pubs and restaurants, many within easy reach, offering everything from casual lunches to great seafood and sunset drinks by the water.



For a change of pace, the historic city of Chichester is just a 10-minute drive away. Here you’ll find a beautiful cathedral, boutique shopping, independent cafés, and a great selection of restaurants, as well as the renowned Festival Theatre.

Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a car to make the most of your stay. Birdham is a rural location, and having your own transport gives you the freedom to easily explore the surrounding coastline, villages, and nearby Chichester. The annexe benefits from private parking, making coming and going simple.



That said, there is a nearby bus stop within walking distance, with regular services connecting you to Chichester and the Witterings, making it a convenient option if you’d prefer not to drive for shorter trips.



Other Things to Note:

The annexe is located within the grounds of a nursery and small caravan park. While there may be some inherent noise from time to time, the annexe offers a private and peaceful stay.
