Continuing towards Madonna delle Grazie, spectacular natural pools and the small Maretto beach open up, an enchanting spot characterized by low shorelines, sand and pebbles, and crystal-clear water.
There are two villas, each with a shared gated entrance. There, you can park two cars in the open-air parking area for Villa Diana and one for Villa Mario (if both are rented, there is the possibility of parking four cars in total).

We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it properly.

Villa Mario - Sleeps 4/6
It is located on the right of the property and is reached by a small flight of stairs. The villa is on one level and offers a cozy and comfortable environment, ideal for couples or small families. Parking is available on the property, with additional space for a motorcycle.

The villa has two double bedrooms, both with windows and mosquito nets. The living area includes a furnished porch and a living room with a double sofa bed, sleeping 4-6 in total. The bathroom has a shower, and outside there is a shower and a barbecue area for your exclusive use. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven to ensure independence during your stay.

Villa Mario also includes a small service hut and is not adjacent to other properties, ensuring privacy and tranquility. This solution is perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation in a private setting, with livable outdoor spaces and all the necessary comforts.

Internal amenities:
- Gas stove; TV; refrigerator with freezer; oven; washing machine in the kitchen; fan; hairdryer; mosquito nets on the windows; Wi-Fi with soap.

External amenities:
- Furnished outdoor area; BBQ and outdoor shower for exclusive use; one uncovered parking space with parking along the wall.

Important Notes:
- Groups of children/youths under 25 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a €30 surcharge.
- Deposit (mandatory): €200.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: €40.00 for a double set (including single use); €20 for a single set.
- The BBQ, even if for exclusive use, must be left clean after each use.
