Please note - there is no parking offered with this apartment, however there are plenty of paid parking options nearby.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £250 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply)

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
