Stylish Quayside Apartment with River View

Summary:
Located on the infamous Quayside directly opposite the Fye Bridge on Wensum Street and with river views, this newly renovated flat offers a stylish, modern and conveniently located space to explore Norwich. This flat is split over 2 floors and sleeps 3 guests.

The Space:
Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them.

Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; comfortable sofas, smart TV and free wi-fi too. For those that want to dine in there is a small dining area with views over the River Wensum and Fye Bridge.

Bedroom 1 - A cosy bedroom located on the second-floor bedroom is light and airy with river views featuring a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, full length mirror and its own en-suite shower room and toilet.

Bedroom 2 - Single bedroom which is located on the first floor up a couple of steps, near the bathroom, and also has a river view.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.

This is a strictly no smoking property.

Please note this a a first floor apartment accessed by stairs, the main bedroom is accessed by a further set of narrow stairs.

An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of ÂŁ10. Late check-out of noon is available for ÂŁ10. Please request upon booking.

This is a city centre property, there is potential for noise.

Interaction with Guests:

Stylish but really comfortable property

Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back.

Excellent stay

A great listing. We were two friends in our mid 50s and one 21 year old daughter and loved our stay. A bit of a walk from the train station but if you’re traveling light very doable. The beds were comfy, living room was roomy, and kitchen had the basics to be able to whip up a good breakfast. The upstairs bathroom has no door and it can be quite loud from the bar across the street. Despite that, I would stay here again. The Merchant’s House which is very close has great coffee and toasties.

Exploring Norwich

Very good position near the Cathedral with outlook over the River, very bright inside with well thought out decor, interesting details and comfortable seating. Be aware of steep, narrow stairways. Everything we needed and very well set out info. booklet.

Beautiful Apartment

We have just had a lovely relaxing stay at this beautiful quayside apartment. Very comfortable beds, lovely shower and a cosy cottage feel. We loved it.😊 So close to the Cathedral, Elm Hill and the centre of Norwich in a lovely setting. The communication with checking in and out was superb, Eleanor quickly replied to any queries we had. The apartment had tea, coffee, sugar and milk there plus some delicious local biscuits to welcome us. We will definitely return and highly recommend Air Norfolk, Eleanor and this lovely apartment.

Very nice apartment

Great apartment in a perfect location in Norwich city centre, short walk to all shops,bars ,restaurants,Cathedral etc.Really nice renovation and all facilities you need. Only negative is if you're a light sleeper the noise of passing traffic early morning can disturb you,as you overhang a busy road,also across the road a local pub(we stayed Tuesday night) was very noisy at kick out time until 1230-1245am,hopefully just a one off. Well worth the money we paid and we'd definitely consider staying here again if we visited Norwich.

Great flat - location has pros and cons

The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier.The location is the possible sticking point. It's convenient to a lot of things, it has a lovely view of the river below, but as others have mentioned it can be noisy. The property description is very clear that this may be the case, and it certainly was on the Friday/Saturday nights that we stayed. Our issues may have been made worse because it was very hot during our visit so we had to have the windows open. If we could have had the windows closed it might not have been as bad. If you're noise sensitive you might want to look at another property run by AirNorfolk. If you're not, this is a great spot!

Norwich was my home until I left school at 18; I invited my sister to stay for two nights; so we could have girl time shopping visiting familiar places in the city and the theatre in the evenings. It did not disappoint. Norwich is a great stay for a short break - lots of lovely river walks places to visit and much of the old city to admire; and of course shopping. The city bus service is also reliable; The apartment is well placed (don't be discouraged by the front door! ) right by the river walk and in easy walking distance of the city centre and train station. The apartment is well designed and very comfortable . The kitchen has everything you need ; lovely linen and bedding ; and 2 bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Amazing apartment in Norwich center - walk to everything

This is a gorgeous apartment with all the amenities. Easy for us to navigate, even as international travelers. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar were even left to get us started for a couple days! There is a convenience store right downstairs. The company managing the property was fabulous and very responsive, and left detailed info in the unit. The pub diagonal from our corner is a tiny bit loud on a weekend night when they close down but only for a short while until folks disperse. My only wish - not really a complaint, it was a wonderful stay - would be for a mattress that wasn't so bouncy. A step up with unconnected coils, and perhaps a window that is a bit more soundproofed for that pub, would more accurately match the rest of this fantastically upgraded modern apartment.
