Located in the historic Norwich Lanes, this apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this apartment features 2 bedrooms, spacious living area, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It also boasts a large roof terrace with seating and sun loungers.
The Space:
Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them.
Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; sumptuous velvet sofa and armchair with throws, smart TV and free wi-fi too.
Bedroom 1 - Featuring a large windows overlooking St Andrew's Church, the first-floor bedroom is light and airy and features a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a full length mirror and its own en-suite bath/shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - Located on the 2nd floor, the second bedroom has a king size bed as standard. If you would prefer 2 twin beds, please let us know upon booking.
Shower room 1 - The family shower room is located between the kitchen and living area. Towels are provided for each guest.
Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots and stair gates as these are not provided.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.
There is flexible, paid parking available just a 4 minute walk from the property. You will receive information about this along with your check-in details.

Access is on the ground floor with stairs up to the living area and first bedroom. The second bedroom is located on the second floor.
