Summary:
Located just a 5 minute walk from Norwichâs vibrant city centre, No. 82 is a beautiful first floor flat in a Grade II listed property. Renovated and decorated to a high standard throughout, this 1 bedroom flat is perfect for couples, work trips or small family breaks.
The Space:
Living Room - The lounge has everything you need to relax; the comfy sofa with throws, smart TV and a table for 2 to dine at. There is free wi-fi too.
Kitchen - The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven with grill, electric hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.
Bedroom - Sleeping 2 people, the bedroom has a new king size bed with pocket sprung mattress, small smart TV and plenty of storage space for your stay.
Bathroom - A modern bathroom with dual headed shower.
Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots as these are not provided.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to their stay.
Parking is available to the rear of the property from Friday 3pm until Monday 8.30am only and for a charge of ÂŁ10 per day. This must be booked with us prior to arrival. Outside of these hours, we recommend using the long stay St Andrew's car park which is a 5 minute walk away.
An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of ÂŁ10. Late check-out of noon is available for ÂŁ10. Please request upon booking.
Please note this is a no smoking property.
Due to the central location of the property there is a potential for noise.
