Fern Walk Spacious 3 Bedroom House - Dalkeith

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable house, perfect for families, friends or colleagues looking for a relaxing stay just outside Edinburgh. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a king bed, offering a cosy and restful space for everyone.



All areas of the house are entirely private for guests. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower head, and another with a modern walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate WC for extra convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, along with a dining table where you can gather and enjoy them together. The living room is warm and inviting, ideal for unwinding after a day out. Guests are also welcome to make use of the garden if they wish, whether for a morning coffee or some fresh air in the evening.



The house has stairs to access the upper floors, so guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



For those travelling by car, the property offers 2 private parking spaces outside at no extra cost, making your arrival and daily outings easy and stress-free. The EV charger is available for guest use; however, the access code must be requested directly from us.



The house is located in Dalkeith, a charming town with its own local shops, cafés and green spaces. Nearby, you can explore Dalkeith Country Park, perfect for scenic walks and outdoor activities. Just a short drive away is Edinburgh, Scotland’s vibrant capital, where you can visit iconic attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat, as well as enjoy museums, restaurants and shopping.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
