Further along the hallway, the house opens into a large fully equipped kitchen designed for easy everyday living and entertaining. At the rear, a bright conservatory dining space overlooks the garden, filling the room with natural light. Outside, the private garden offers outdoor seating and a BBQ. This level also includes a utility room with washer and tumble dryer, as well as a separate downstairs loo.
