Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this charming three-bedroom family home offers comfort, convenience, and a lovely private garden. Just a short walk to Clapham South tube station and moments from Clapham Common, local shops, pubs and restaurants, itâs the perfect base for families looking to enjoy both the calm of suburban London and the buzz of the city centre.
LIVING & DINING
Step into the cosy sitting room, complete with armchairs, a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, and an ornamental fireplaceâideal for relaxed evenings in. The separate dining room overlooks the garden and offers a spacious setting for family meals or doubles as a quiet workspace.
KITCHEN & GARDEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, boiling water tap, microwave, dishwasher, and a French press for your morning coffee. A door leads out to the generous patio garden with outdoor seatingâa wonderful spot for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun.

âąMaster Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, bedside tables, and ample wardrobe space.
âąSecond Bedroom: A bright double room overlooking the quiet street, perfect for guests or older children.
