Villa Joel is a house with a private pool, located in Son Carrió, a quiet residential area just minutes from Ciutadella. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area, it offers ample space for families and groups. Outside, there is summer furniture, a barbecue, and a private parking space directly in front of the property. Just a 5 minute walk from Cala Santandria, its location is perfect for exploring the beaches and hidden gems of the island.



Villa Joel offers Wi Fi throughout the property and provides bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels for all guests. Pool maintenance is included and guests are always notified at least 24 hours in advance. Each bedroom on the main floor has air conditioning, and there is an additional unit in the hallway on the lower floor that cools the rooms. The other rooms can be ventilated by opening the windows, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature during the summer. A cot and highchair are available upon request; we recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability. The property has a private parking space located directly in front of the accommodation, making access and parking easy at any time of day. The house is rented for exclusive use, offering complete privacy and the peace of mind of having our team available for any questions or recommendations during your stay.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, online registration is mandatory for all guests, and the tourist tax must be paid before arrival. This applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be collected upon online registration via a link provided to the guest.

From Villa Joel, you'll need transportation to reach the center of Ciutadella and to travel to the island's various coves and other points of interest. In the Son Carrió residential area, you can easily walk to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants where you can buy everything you need for daily life. To explore Menorca, the best option is to have your own vehicle (car or motorbike), as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote spots not served by public transport. Villa Joel has a bus stop less than 200 meters away, which connects to Ciutadella. From there, bus lines extend to other towns on the island. Schedules may be limited, so we recommend checking the "mou tmenorca" website for up to date information on routes and frequencies.

Villa Joel is spread over two floors and offers spacious and bright rooms for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a 2 meter long double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub; and another with two single beds. Both have windows and wardrobes. Also on this floor are the living and dining room and a second bathroom with a shower. The spacious and bright living room features a sofa, television, decorative fireplace, and a large table with chairs. The dining room has two windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The kitchen is large and well equipped. It includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and a smaller table with chairs. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a 1.35 meter bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes and an interior window that cannot be opened. An air conditioning unit in the hallway cools this floor and maintains a comfortable temperature. Outside, the private pool is located at the front and is protected by a safety barrier for added peace of mind when traveling with children. This area features sun loungers, a freestanding parasol that can be placed anywhere on the terrace, and a stone table with benches, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. Nearby is a built in barbecue, perfect for making the most of summer evenings. The property also includes a small utility room with a washing machine and storage space, as well as a private parking space located directly in front of the house.

Check in is from 4:00 PM and check out is until 10:00 AM. Self check in ensures comfort and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival, and after registration and payment of the fee, we will send you all the necessary information for accessing the villa, as well as helpful details for your stay. During your stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only our maintenance team accesses the exterior once or twice a week to care for the pool, an essential task to keep it in perfect condition.
