Welcome to this cozy house located on the outskirts of Ses Salines and just a 10-minute drive from Es Trenc beach. It is ideal for up to 9 guests.
Outside, the property offers a spacious area designed for enjoying the outdoors all year round. It features a 7.5 m x 3 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.90 m, equipped with an awning so it can be used in any season. Please note that the pool is not heated. The garden ensures complete privacy and includes a pleasant furnished porch with table and chairs, perfect for breakfasts or relaxing moments with your companions. There is a built-in barbecue and a laundry area with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The interior is spread over two floors and welcomes you with a pleasant sofa area designed for relaxing or extending the evenings in good company. In the living-dining room, you will find a spacious and cozy area centered around a fireplace and equipped with a Smart TV. The separate gas kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook as if you were at home. On this same floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together and another with a double bed. A guest toilet and a full bathroom with bathtub complete this level. The upper floor is accessed by stairs and houses the remaining three bedrooms. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other two feature one single bed and one 1.35 m double bed. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
The property is located in the surroundings of Ses Salines, a quiet village where you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Just a few minutes away are the historic salt flats, and a 10-minute drive will take you to the spectacular Es Trenc beach, famous for its white sand and crystal-clear waters, considered one of the best on the island. You can also visit ColĂČnia de Sant Jordi, with its harbor and boat trips to Cabrera National Park. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy water sports, cycling, hiking, and visits to wineries and local markets.
A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
