The exterior of the villa is a peaceful retreat, where guests can enjoy expansive and well-maintained outdoor spaces designed for ultimate relaxation. On the first floor, the bedrooms provide the highest level of comfort and privacy. Villa Noccioleto has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring guests maximum independence. Not included:
swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request.
The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not
available for last minute bookings (less then 3 weeks before arrival).
