The serene bedrooms offer cosy double beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a refreshing bathtub with an overhead shower, complemented by soft towels and modern fixtures. Outside, the small patio with seating provides a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

This is a privately owned home, and we ask that you take excellent care of it—treat it as if it were your own. We maintain high standards to protect the property and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, clean environment.

SELF CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL
This property features self check-in for your convenience. You will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in any time of the day, as long as you respect our standard check-in time of 3 p.m.
KEY & LOCK SECURITY
We charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. Please keep your keys safe and secure at all times—this protects your safety and helps us maintain the property's security.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking property. There is zero tolerance for smoking indoors or on the property. If evidence of smoking is discovered (such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for cleaning and remediation costs.
GUEST CONDUCT & QUIET ENJOYMENT
We maintain this property as a peaceful residential home. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Parties, large gatherings, or excessive guest numbers
- Loud noise or disruptive behaviour
- Outside guests beyond the registered occupants
Should sufficient evidence of such activity be discovered, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund and may involve a security team. Any associated costs will be charged to your security deposit. Local authorities may be contacted if required.
By booking, you agree to uphold these standards and respect the residential nature of this neighbourhood and property.
