Take the elevator up from the landscaped street level and step inside a beautiful property with views of the River Thames and space aplenty for you to work, relax, and live like you do at home. OPEN PLAN LIVING / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
Here’s a space designed for socialising and relaxing that lets in plenty of natural light via the floor to ceiling windows. They lead out onto your balcony from where you get views of the River Thames. Why not enjoy breakfast outside or evening drinks?

Back inside on the soft timber flooring that runs throughout the apartment, you have a sofa that you can kick back on to watch the flat screen TV. The sofa converts into a double bed, handy if you need extra sleeping space. The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need to enjoy homestyle cooking, and you can serve up and enjoy your delicious snacks and meals at the adjacent dining table.

THE BEDROOM
Your double bed with its puffed-up pillows, quality bedding and comfortable mattress will ensure every night of your stay is restful and relaxing. Enjoy having plenty of wardrobe space to hang your clothes and store your bags and other belongings. There is also a premium foldaway single bed in the apartment.

THE BATHROOM
The modern marble effect suite with chrome fittings gives you an attractive space in which to freshen up and get ready for days and nights out in London. Towels are provided by your hosts (they’ll be waiting for you on the bed), and you have plenty of room to store your soaps, gels, lotions and other toiletries.

REMOTE WORKING
If you’re visiting London on business with colleagues, this apartment offers you plenty of workspaces. The bedroom has a table and chair, and there’s a table in the living area, and you can even work out on the balcony. Of course, the entire apartment is served by fast Wi-Fi, so communicating with clients, colleagues and customers is easy from here.

LAUNDRY
There’s a washer dryer in the kitchen, so you can keep all your clothes clean throughout your stay and even ensure that you don’t have loads of washing to do when you get home!

Your hosts are delighted to give you full and exclusive use of this luxury 1 bed apartment and its balcony for the duration of your stay. It’s located on the 10th floor and accessed via an elevator from street level.

GETTING AROUND
You have plenty of options when it comes to transport. Woolwich Station and Woolwich Arsenal Station on the new Elizabeth line are both about a third of a mile from the apartment. The DLR is close by too. So if you need to get to Canary Wharf, the City of London or Central London you can do so quickly and easily. Services on the DLR connect with London Cannon Street in the City of London, as well as Greenwich, Lewisham, Sidcup, Luton and Eltham.

You’ll see from the map that the Woolwich Ferry is a short distance away, so you can get across to the north side of the river. Buses, cabs and Ubers also serve the local area.

Very nice place, lots of space for two
We were looking for a nicer place to stay for our anniversary trip and this certainly fit the bill. Very nice, very clean, very new. One negative is that it’s a little far out from the main London attractions. So everything took a little longer to get to. But the tube station serving this area is just a 10 minute walk, so aside from linger tube rides, it’s not really that big of a deal. You just have to plan to take a little longer to get anywhere. Finding the exact building and getting checked in was a little difficult- there’s a lot of construction in the area and it was hard to pinpoint which building was the correct one. But once we did, it was a nice stay.

Beautiful property, great location
This apartment is lovely and very secure. It is a short walk from the river and from the Elizabeth Line station (near historical sites and restaurants) and we were able to get from Heathrow and all around London by either rail or bus, very easily. Just one warning: there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom (probably a code issue here) but there are no mirrors anywhere else in the flat so you'll be styling your hair blind. A couple of napkins or some paper towels would have been helpful but that's a minor issue. Overall, a beautiful experience.
