We were very impressed with all the amenities. Even during the heat wave, we were comfortable. My only issue would be for first time folks - learn to use the transit system. It really works great if you solve it. Get an oyster card (maybe even a visitor one) prior. Groceries easily available. The unit itself was impeccably clean and we loved it. Thanks for a great stay for first timers.
Great apartment easy transport links at Willesden Green. Communication with host was faultless and instructions to access very clear. Would highly recommend and would stay again
A bit deceptive not to see the photos of the exact flat we were renting. Good location on a metropolitan line that bring us to the main districts of London. The exchanges with the owner were perfect (very good reactivity). Very nice and practical bathroom.
The flat is well situated a couple of blocks off of the Willesden High Street. It is a short walk to tube station, and there is a bus transit center very near, so transportation is really very easy. The flat was off a courtyard in the back of the house, and it was very peaceful and quiet. The flat has everything one may need for basic cooking (except coffee making), and it is very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
The apartment was easy to find and was comfortable. It's layout can accommodate 6 people in a small space which would be perfect for a family. The neighborhood nearby has everything you could need and you will need for a longer stay. The owner was available when I had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
Myself and my two teenage kids stayed here while in London. It is away from the touristy areas, so it was quiet. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. 10 minute walk to the tube station. Had everything we needed and the host was great.
Easy communication, parking on street free on weekend, nearby bus, metro, grocery store, Indian restaurant.
Bed in bedroom small for two adults.
Overall great stay.
This place was great for our short stay in London. It was excellent to have air conditioning, a washer and kitchen. Very close to train station and grocery.
Host was in touch prior to the stay, and also during the stay. Check-in instructions were very clear and accurate. The property was neat and clean, a quiet neighborhood and very close to bus stops. Train station is a short walk away also. There were ample restaurants and grocery at walking distance. We enjoyed the space that we had, it was a very relaxing stay. Thank you to the hosts.
The flat was impeccably clean, and the check in process was so smooth I hardly knew it was done. The beds were as described and comfortable. Though we didnât use the kitchen it was well equipped and very clean.
The shower had fantastic water pressure and very hot water, which was great.
Iâd stay here again.
Awesome location and you canât beat the price! There are several places to stay in London that cost a pretty penny!!! This location has everything needed for myself and my 3 kids! Book this location with confidence! Awesome communication from host prior to and during checkin!
Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay! We didnât have any complaints and Reuven was super responsive to any inquiries I had. The checkout was a little different from stays in the US where at home they detail out everything they expect from you during checkout so hoping we didnât overlook anything when we did. Otherwise everything was as described!
We had an amazing stay during the holidays! The communication with Reuven was AMAZING, always got answers within the hour or less. We had the pleasure of staying in the suite in the garden, it was perfect for 5 of us celebrating Christmas as a family! We had everything we needed in the suite, it's close to everything by walk: groceries, corner stores, pubs, train or bus to the city! Thank you SO much Reuven for the amazing suite, you truly gave us a perfect Christmas getaway!
The apartment was clean and the communication was great! The neighborhood was a bit sketchy and the commute into the city was long and costly. While the tube isnât too bad you still have a 17 min walk to the station which adds a lot of time to your commute. I would definitely stay with this host again if they had closer places to the city center.
The flat was as described and self check in was easy. Great to be able to park on the street nearby after 3pm and at the weekend.
The facilities were fairly basic but perfectly satisfactory as we just needed a base. The flat did smell a bit damp when we got there, and there was evidence of damp on the walls, but otherwise OK.
We were there a few days with friends and were thrilled! A great apartment and walking distance were so many options! Whether supermarket, English breakfast, other restaurants, buses and trains... No wish remains unfulfilled there and is very easy to reach without a big route planner. You can get to Wembley or other parts of London quickly and easily. I can highly recommend it and we will be back!
If you are looking for a small space but efficient space for a family this is it. I always worry when the post says fold out beds that my kids are going to be lacking sleep. The fold out bed here were awesome. Real mattresses that everyone had good sleeps on and were really to go even morning. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to a large Sainsbury open most days from 8-20hr. Thereâs a lovely array of local restaurants and if you want a scenic trip to Buckingham catch the 52 bus. Awesome place
We were looking for a cheaper alternative to the hotels for our city trip to London. We traveled by car, because London was âonlyâ a stage on our journey. And this little apartment we rent by Reuven was absolutely sufficient for us! The apartment was well cleaned and everything we needed was there. Rueven answered our questions very quickly.
Short summary: everything was to our satisfaction
Fantastic location!
In order to see the city, our preferred transportation was a double-decker bus. Steps down the road were bus stops that would take you anywhere. On day one, we went to the theatre, and it was one easy and scenic bus away. Day two was the British Museum; again, it was only one bus away.
If you have to get to the airport or somewhere quickly, the tube station is a little further away, but still very close and walkable with luggage.
For breakfast, we enjoyed Mariana Cafe each morning, which was a few minutes walk away.
While certainly not a luxurious flat, it met all of our needs and proved to be a great 'base camp' for our trip.
We would certainly book again!
The positive aspects:
- The apartment was clean and tidy.
- Clear instructions for check in and use of the facilities. Good guidance for using the public transport.
- The location is good for visiting London as a tourist. Its not central but the center can be reached easily and relatively quickly.
- The host was very responsive and helpful when we asked for some extra bed linens.
- The code system for accessing the apartment is very convenient.
What could be improved:
- The photos show a dishwasher in the kitchen, and the description says all flats have the same equipment. However our flat did not have a dishwasher. This was a bit disappointing.
- There are no curtains, only blinds, which means that in summer it is difficult to keep the rooms dark in the early morning.
- The WiFi was a little unreliable.
- For longer stays it would be nice if housekeeping would be offered every few days, or some cleaning supplies made available.
