The studio features a comfortable sleeping area, a modern open-plan kitchen and a cozy living space with access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens. Set within a well-maintained urbanization with communal swimming pool, and just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, itâs an ideal base to enjoy Marbellaâs coast in comfort and style.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay.
The Coronado residential complex offers:
A large communal swimming pool
Well-kept communal gardens
This is a quiet residential community, so guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening.
đ CHECK-IN
Keys are collected from a secure self-service key collection point, located approximately 400 metres from the property and available 24/7.
A personalised access code will be shared within 24 hours prior to check-in.
Keys must be returned to the same location at check-out. Failure to do so may incur a âŹ50 additional charge to cover retrieval costs.
If keys are left inside the property and access assistance is required, a âŹ50 service fee may apply.
In the event of lost keys, a âŹ150 replacement fee will be charged to cover rekeying and security costs.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.
A âŹ50 fee may apply if guests check in early without authorisation or do not vacate the property on time, as this disrupts the scheduled cleaning service.

A strict no-party and no-events policy applies at all times.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night hours.
Guests must respect all community rules and behave considerately at all times to avoid disturbing neighbours.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
