Villa Punta des Port Quince has a wonderful location in the charming resort of Cala D’Or. The sandy Cala Egos beach is a 5 minute stroll away, while the lively marina, lined with inviting restaurants and bars, can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. Set in a beautiful, vibrant garden, the villa is surrounded by palm trees and colourful plants, creating a peaceful setting around the generous sun terrace and private swimming pool. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Punta des Port Quince enjoys a superb location in the resort of Cala D'Or. A pleasant 20 minute stroll leads to the picturesque marina, where a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes can be found. Enjoy alfresco dining and fresh seafood while watching boats gently bob on the water. The small sandy cove of Cala Egos Beach is just a 5 minute walk away, while Cala d’es Pou Beach is also nearby. For those who prefer not to walk, the mini road train offers a charming way to explore the resort centre and surrounding areas, while a taxi rank is conveniently located only a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
