Leave the apartment reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges
Used towels should be left in the bathroom; clean towels on the bedroom chair
Use bins for all rubbish
Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out
Failure to follow rules may result in deductions from the security deposit (applies to non-Airbnb guests only)
Follow agreed check-in and check-out times
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £20 per hour
