Please note that the apartment does not have a traditional stove or oven. It is equipped for light cooking, including a sink, electric hot plates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer — ideal for breakfast, simple meals, and aperitivi at home.

The location is one of the apartment’s greatest assets, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local food spots just steps away.
