Welcome to our stunning garden apartment in the heart of Bloomsbury. A truly exceptional city centre location.

Spacious, beautifully decorated with a boutique style and with an extremely rare private garden.

Located on a quiet street just moments from Coram’s Fields and the iconic Brunswick Centre. Head down a small flight of steps and through the bright private front door into our gallery-style hallway, filled with fun, colourful and contemporary artwork.

To the right is a spacious double bedroom with a king-sized, high-quality bed, built-in wardrobes and luxury linens, ensuring a fabulous night’s sleep. The comfortable living room offers a large three-seater sofa, a cosy loveseat, and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, plus a 50-inch wall-mounted TV with full Sky (sports and movies) and all major streaming services.

The living room is cosy and colourful with artwork, plants a guitar and blackout curtains for the sofabed.

The bright kitchen-diner is filled with natural light and leads to the second bedroom, featuring another super-comfortable double bed with premium linens, built-in wardrobes and a blackout blind for perfect rest.

From the kitchen, doors open onto the large landscaped garden - extremely rare for central London - with seating for morning coffee, leading up to a raised patio dining area for up to six. Beyond that, you’ll even find a dedicated outdoor workspace/summer studio (not yet photographed) —ideal for quiet working. It's fully insulated for winter and a real treat in the warmer months.

We have all the kitchen appliances including a washing machine, separate tumble dryer and dishwasher. For the important morning coffee there is a Nespresso machine with commentary pods, French Press and even an Italian stovetop. A selection of teas is also available.

The bathroom is stylish walk-in wet room that offers a spacious shower, fresh towels included and high quality all natural hair and body wash.

We also provide a hairdryer, laundry tables, toilet roll and cooking basics for your convenience.

We loved our stay. The host was very responsive, the space beautiful, clean and filled with artwork. The backyard is absolutely beautiful. Bloomsbury is a great neighbourhood with parks and transit close by. The bed in the main room, although comfy, was a Queen, not a King.

Just to clarify for future guests, the bed in the main bedroom is a UK king size (155cm wide). I completely understand the confusion, as sizing differs internationally and can vary from what’s considered a “king” in places like Canada or the US. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). The location is perfect! We were only a few blocks from everything we needed: Underground stations, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, etc. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We ate breakfast each morning in the beautiful kitchen or outside on the back patio. Our host was easy to reach for the one small issue we had, and it was taken care of quickly. We couldn’t recommend a better property or host.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in London. Alex, the host, has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable. He was in touch with us before and during our stay to make sure we were doing ok. The apartment itself is situated in an ideal location. It is a 5 minute walk or less to Russell Square tube station and only a little farther to Kings Cross. Between the two stations, transportation is a breeze to any part of the city. You are also about a two minute walk to a large grocery store where we picked up some items to make a couple of meals for ourselves in the apartment. The kitchen comes with more than enough pots, pans and utensils to easily make simple meals saving time and money. There are also some fast-food type restaurants, pubs and smaller sit-down restaurants all within walking distance.The larger bedroom sits close to the street so there is some street noise, but since this is not a major thoroughfare all gets quiet at night. Overall, I definitely recommend this apartment. It has lots of amenities and gave us plenty of space to relax and rest after long days of sightseeing in London.

L'appartement est génial exactement comme sur les photos le jardin est un vrai plus. Dans le quartier on trouve tout ce qu'il faut (supermarché, restaurants variés). Le métro Russel Square est à 5 min il y a aussi beaucoup de bus a 10 min à pieds. L'appartement est très propre superbement decoré et équipé on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé 6 jours superbes. Nous sommes arrivé en Eurostar à 10 min à pied. Alex est un hôte très attentionné pour ses locataires, la communication est très facile. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Alex

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le quartier de Bloomsbury (couple 2 enfants). L’appartement était impeccable, parfaitement propre et conforme à la description, très confortable (les espaces comme la literie). La cuisine est particulièrement agréable, très intime et baignée de lumière. Les équipements sont complets, rien ne nous a fait défaut. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du jardin (en février il pleut à Londres comme à Paris) mais il offre une vue magnifique sur l’extérieur. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à 10min à pied de la gare St Pancras ce qui est très pratique pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ (pas besoin de prendre un taxi ou les transports en commun). Il est proche du métro et juste à coté d’un petit centre commercial avec un supermarché bien achalandé, des restaurants, …, là encore très pratique. La communication avec Alex & Isi a été des plus simple, courtoise et agréable.Nous appréhendions un peu le fait d’être au niveau de la cour anglaise (semi-enterré) car cela n’existe pas en France mais nous n’en avons pas du tout souffert. L’appartement est orienté sur le jardin (seule la grande chambre donne coté rue) et la rue est vraiment très calme.Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

A little bit about us: Isadora is a musician, a cellist and I originally trained as an actor here in London many years ago. We actually met while studying, and London has been a huge part of our lives ever since. Isi is originally from Chile, and although we travel whenever we can, London is very much home for both of us.

I’ve lived all over the city during the past 25 years at one point even on a narrowboat on the Grand Union Canal, drifting from east to west! Isi has been here five years now, and together we’ve really fallen in love with much of this amazing city.

We currently spend much of our time in south London because Isi’s little boy goes to school there, which is why we’ve chosen to holiday-let our apartment. And truthfully, we absolutely love hosting. It’s such a joy meeting the wonderful people who come to stay with us, hearing their stories, and making sure they have a perfect London experience. We take pride in offering warm, thoughtful hospitality and genuinely enjoy welcoming every guest who walks through our door.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This lovely Bloomsbury apartment belongs to close friends of ours who no longer live here full-time, but still adore using it as their little London retreat. Because I also holiday-let my own Highgate apartment, they asked if I’d help look after this one and it’s something Isi and I genuinely enjoy.

I’m not a large-scale property manager; I simply care for a couple of special homes, including my parents’ former place in Spain. Hosting comes naturally, as I’ve always worked in customer-facing roles from my family’s restaurants to the art gallery and we really love giving guests a warm, thoughtful experience.

Bloomsbury itself is a gem. I’ve worked here for five years, and it truly feels like a village in the heart of London. You’ve got beautiful parks, the iconic Brunswick Centre, and the British Museum, Covent Garden and King’s Cross all within an easy walk. Everything is on your doorstep, yet the neighbourhood still feels calm, charming and wonderfully inviting.

One of the real highlights is the kitchen–diner: a beautiful conservatory-style space with a glass roof that floods the room with natural light. The double doors open straight onto a charming private garden, giving you this rare little slice of calm right in the heart of the city.

The bedrooms are surprisingly spacious, and the colourful artwork throughout adds character and warmth. Altogether, it’s a unique place, a quiet London hideaway with its own garden, yet only minutes from some of the city’s most iconic attractions.
