A private driveway leads to shaded parking, while the surrounding terraces create an easy flow between sun, shade and leisure. Days can be spent unwinding on sunbeds beside the pool, enjoying long meals on the covered terrace, or sharing friendly games of table tennis. An exterior bathroom and a barbecue further enhance the practicality and comfort of outdoor life.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is warm and welcoming, furnished for restful gatherings and quiet evenings alike. A secondary seating space with a large smart TV provides an ideal corner for films or reading. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything required for effortless holiday cooking, including a breakfast table for relaxed mornings. The first bedroom sits just off the main living area and overlooks the pool, while the master bedroom at the rear of the house features an ensuite bathroom and a sofa that can accommodate a child if required. Cooling is provided throughout the bedrooms, kitchen and lounge.
