Bienvenue, chers invités!
Cette belle finca de campagne nouvelle et moderne dans le nord-est de Majorque est très proche de Ca'n Picafort et Santa Margalida. La plage est accessible en environ 5 minutes en voiture. Dans cette finca calme, vous pouvez vous sentir à l'aise et vous détendre du stress quotidien, car elle vous offre une paix totale.
Notre belle finca dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, dont une en suite. Il est équipé de tous les détails pour passer des vacances merveilleuses et inoubliables. Il est très lumineux et spacieux et vous offre toutes les commodités pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous!
Il mesure 170 mètres carrés et est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, les amis ou une grande famille. Les 3 chambres ont un espace pour 2 personnes et il y a 2 lits doubles (1,80 x 2,00) et les deux autres chambres ont chacune 2 lits simples qui peuvent être assemblés (0,90 x 2,00 chacun). Nous avons des lits et des chaises hautes pour que les petits puissent aussi s'amuser. La finca a un beau jardin avec une terrasse ensoleillée spectaculaire et une pelouse avec une balançoire et dispose d'une piscine (6,75 x 4,75) avec chaises longues et douche. Un grill est également disponible.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé confortable où vous pourrez vous détendre ou lire un livre. Vous pouvez surfer sur Internet et laisser votre esprit vagabonder et faire une sieste. Vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin. La cuisine est équipée de chaque détail. Il y a une machine à laver, une planche et un fer à repasser. C'est une finca entièrement équipée, meublée avec beaucoup d'amour et dans laquelle nos clients devraient se sentir chez eux.

L'électricité et l'éco-taxe seront facturées en sus.

This is a great house to make it a base for your visit to Mallorca. Close to many restaurants, shops, nightlife, attractions and most importantly beaches. The hosts are very responsive, hospitable and always willing to provide suggestions on what you need. The house has everything one needs. Also, the outdoor space and the pool are great. Total tranquillity.

We had a fantastic stay at the house. It was perfectly clean. The owners are very nice people who had lots of recommendations and even provided us with croissants and cake from their favorite bakery ❤️ There was absolutely nothing to criticize and we would love to stay there next time.

Nice house really good equipment and clean

The house is really a nice place to stay. We stayed with 8 people; 4 adults;3 kids;1 baby. The surroundings are very nice, the pool of medium size but oke for us. The children could really play around in the big garden. The kitchen equipment is very complete and working. Also the crib and childchair is of very good quality. Despite of the weather (of course nobody to blame😉) we had a great time. The owners were interested, had a nice contact and were even concerned about us on the heavy rainday. On arrival we received a lot of nice things, like wine, oil, fruit and even a large Mallorca cake. It was a warm welcome. We will recommend the house and the owners.

Fantastic villa!

We had a fantastic week in the house. Our host Isabel and Damia made our week even more perfect. We where in contact the whole week if we had any questions or problems. The house have everything you need. The poolarea and garden is very taken care of and clean. The location with only 5 minutes from Can Picafort, where you can go to the supermarket Eroski, is also perfect. We went every morning to buy fresh baked bread and paisteries. Every day we went by our rented car to the beach in Alcudia. A very nice and long beach with clear blue water. Our kids enjoyed the week very much and we would be very happy to return to the house next year again. We sat on the porch every evening and enjoyed the silence, you can only the sound of all the crickets. Thanks to the family and hope to see you again!

Great finca , great hosts

We have just returned from our stay in this finca hosted by Isabel and Damia. They were there is welcome us when we arrived and it was great to meet such lovely people.They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They gave us details of many places to visit and places to eat and contacted us throughout our holiday to make sure everything was ok and we did not need anything else. The finca is in a lovely tranquil setting. The sitting out area is ideal both for eating and relaxing outside with the benefit of curtains to keep out the sun if needed. We had fun in the lovely pool with balls and floats that were there to use. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of crockery cutlery good pans and sharp knives etc. Although in a beautiful, peaceful rural setting it is only a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks Isabel and Damia

We recently had the privilege of staying at this beautiful finca hosted by Isabel and Damia, located conveniently close to Can Picafort - a mere 5-minute drive away. The property encapsulates the perfect balance between spaciousness, comfort, and the rustic charm of Mallorca. Every room, especially the generously proportioned master suite, offered comfort, climate control, and a distinct sense of home. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and although the Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, it served its purpose for essential connectivity. The jewel of this property was undoubtedly the outdoor pool area, presenting mesmerizing views of sunrises and sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues - a memory that will linger long after our trip. Amazing Family Holiday

We had an amazing family holiday (my 6yo & 3yo) in this wonderful family finca, in fact my 6yo turned 6 on our second day and Damia the host bought not only him but my also daughter a gift. Damia, was in constant communication throughout our holiday and gave us plenty of recommendations of beaches and restaurants suitable for our family. Nothing was too much trouble for Damia who was very responsive despite being on holiday himself. We had one issue with the house where the water stopped working, I sent Damia a message and we had someone in the house within 20minutes to fix the issue. We also left some laundry behind which Damia hand delivered to our next accommodation as we were no longer with a car. The Finca itself was beautiful, it is lived in by Damia and his family for 10 months of the year, which meant everything was to an excellent working standard. As a young family we spent the mornings driving to a beach, having lunch out and spending from mid-afternoon in the pool. The pool isn’t large but still a good size with a great decking area for sun loungers and lots of space for drinks and snacks by the pool. I would definitely recommend this finca. You’ll need a car to get to the supermarket, shops, restaurants etc which are 5-10mins drive.

Magnifique séjour à Majorque.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe maison confortable et bien située en campagne pas loin des belles plages. Voiture indispensable pour les courses et les plages. Nos hôtes étaient toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins et très attentionnés (bouteille de rosé, pâtisserie locale, fruits à notre arrivée et petits croissants pour le petit déjeuner le we). Isabel et Damia, nous vous remercions chaleureusement pour votre accueil hors du commun. Nous serons heureux de pouvoir à nouveau revenir dans votre havre de paix, votre île est juste magnifique.

Damia und Isabel sind sehr liebevolle und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, denen das Wohl und die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste an oberster Stelle steht. Sie unterstützen mit Ausflugstipps, helfen bei Fragen und Wünschen rund um die Finca, installieren im Vorfeld einen Zaun am Pool zur Sicherheit unserer Kinder etc.Die Finca ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig, jedoch ist mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war top, sowohl im Vorraus als auch während dem gesamten Aufenthalt.Unsere Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Gastgeber und die Finca wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Es war einfach wunderbar! Wir haben es genossen!

Der Zugang zum Haus und die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter ist reibungslos und unkompliziert abgelaufen.Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit Kontakt zu den Vermietern (Damia & Isabel) aufnehmen. Sie haben sofort reagiert und uns stets geholfen.Das Haus (in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand) liegt etwas abseits in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo wir ganz für uns alleine waren. Innerhalb weniger Minuten (mit dem Auto) kann man aber am "Geschehen" im Ortskern Can Picafort oder Alcudia teilnehmen.Zum Empfang standen Kaltgetränke, Wein und Obst für uns bereit. Isabel und Damia haben uns verabredungsgemäß bei der Ankunft mit mallorcinischen Kuchen besucht, um uns kennenzulernen. Wir haben gemeinsam ein nettes Austauschgespräch für Fragen und weiteren Informationen geführt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert und nach einer Woche wurde sogar eine Reinigung mit Wechsel der Bettwäsche/Handtücher vorgenommen.Fazit: Die Vermieter sind so freundlich und entgegenkommend, sodass wir uns die ganze Aufenthaltszeit sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Für uns war es ein besonders schöner Urlaub in diesem Haus.Und das Wichtigste...., wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
Wer würde dazu schon "nein" sagen? Niemand!♥

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der ruhig gelegenen Finca mit 2 Familien - jeweils 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind, 1,5 und 2 Jahre alt. Man hat uns für die Kids extra einen Zaun um dem Pool gebaut. Die Vermieter/Eigentümer waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben auch regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Trotz oben beschriebener ruhiger Lage ist man in 5 Autominuten in Can Picafort und an der Playa de Muro. Der Hafen sowie die Altstadt von Alcudia sind ebenfalls in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Alles Top!

Sehr schönes Haus

Alles wunderbar. Schöner Garten, wurde extra eine Poolumrandung für unsere Kinder installiert. Haus noch besser als auf den Fotos, da immer wieder renoviert wird.

Wer einen absolut entspannten Urlaub möchte ist hier richtig

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und bietet totale Ruhe. Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell mitten im Geschehen. Damia und Isabel sind die besten Vermieter die wir je hatten. Immer zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ( Aladin erfüllt jeden Wunsch 😉). Dankeschön!!!!!! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist perfekt und der Garten wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder neu. Mehr geht im Urlaub nicht. Wir haben uns 10 Tage wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Objekt ist in einem fantastischen Zustand und der Pool außergewöhnlich gut. Mit einem Auto alles wichtige in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber versorgt einen mit Poolspielzeug, vielen Informationen, Melone und leckeren Croissants. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schöne Finca und ein toller Urlaub

Schöne Finca und ein toller Austausch mit den Eigentümern. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Einkaufen und Strand waren es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Toller Pool und Garten, der zum spielen einlädt.

Ruhige Lage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand - Auto erforderlich

Wir hatten sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Es war im Haus alles erforderliche vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser + Gebäck begrüßt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell geklärt. Das Haus hat in allen Schlafräumen die Klimageräte. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind nur mit Ventilator ausgestattet. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört, weil wir viel Zeit auf Terrasse und am Pool verbracht haben, wenn wir nicht gerade auf Erkundungstour oder am Strand waren. Das Haus steht etwas abgelegen, deshalb nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Uns hat dir Ruhe aber sehr gefallen. Trotzdem sind der Strand, die Supermärkte und die Restaurants im nah gelegenen Ort Can Piicafort innerhalb von 6-10 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Das Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern Damia und Isabel empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine lecker Torte und eine Flasche Wein und Taps für die Kaffeemaschine. Die Finca ist toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. An jedem Fenster sind Fliegengitter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Ein Gasgrill auf der Terrasse ist super, wir haben oft frischen Fisch gegrillt. Die Gartenmöbel sind bequem. Die Liegen am Poll fast wie neu. Damia kommt alle 2 Tage um den Pool zu säubern und guckt ob alles okay ist. Kleine Reparaturen wurden sofort repariert. Der Garzen ist sehr gepflegt. Sogar Croissants standen mal morgens auf dem Gartentisch. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Damia und Isabel waren sehr bemüht uns alles Recht zu machen, sie schickten uns Vorschläge für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Ein Badezimmer ist umgebaut wurden. Es ist eine Gästetoilette und ein kleineres Badezimmer mit Dusche entstanden. Was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir würden wieder diese Finca mieten.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Zwei Wochen entspannter Familienurlaub (4 Erwachsene und ein Einjähriger) in der Finca, das ist Erholung pur in einer Oase der Ruhe. Can Punxet ist eine gut ausgestattete Finca, einem wunderschön angelegten Garten mit herrlichen Pflanzen und Schatten spendenden Bäumen. Eingerahmt von Feldern mit Schafen und Hühnern steht das Haus auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück. Die Finca hat eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung sowie Ausstattung. Alle Räume sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Terrasse mit großem Esstisch, Loungemöbel sowie der herrliche Gartenbereich mit Pool (regelmäßige Reinigung) und Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Sehr zur Freude unseres Enkels gab es Bälle sowie Wasserspielsachen. Ein Trip-Trap-Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderbett wurden bereitgestellt. Alles sehr kindgerecht. Isabel und Damia sind sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeber, die stets an unserem Wohlbefinden interessiert waren. An unserem Ankunftstag begrüßte uns Damia mit einer köstlichen Ensaïmada, Wasser und Wein. Auch zwischendurch wurden wir zum Frühstück mit herrlich schmeckenden, knusprigen Croissants verwöhnt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand Playa de Muro sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Liebe Isabel, lieber Damia, wir haben uns sehr gefreut, Sie beide persönlich kennengelernt zu haben und bedanken uns nochmals bei Ihnen für Ihre überaus nette Gastfreundschaft und die vielen Köstlichkeiten während unseres Urlaubs in Ihrer wunderschönen Finca, den wir als Familie sehr genossen haben.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir haben 13 fantastische Tage als Familie in der wunderbaren Finca von Isabel and Damià verbracht. Haus und Anwesen haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles ist hervorragend gepflegt und stimmt mit Fotos und Beschreibung überein. Die große, gemütliche Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zur bestens ausgestatteten Küche ist der zentrale Ort des Zusammenseins. Sie ist umgeben von einem sehr schönen Rasen und Garten mit tollen Pflanzen. Inzwischen hat die Terrasse seitlich eine Glaswand, die dafür sorgt, dass man sich auch bei Wind sehr wohl fühlt. Der Pool mit seiner schönen Einfassung und den gemütlichen Liegen sorgt für Erfrischung und Entspannung. Durch die solide Bauweise heizt sich das Haus nicht zu sehr auf. Wir haben die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern nie benötigt. Die Holzläden und Mückengitter an allen Fenster erlauben es, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich weder Häuser noch stark befahrene Straßen, sondern ausschließlich Felder mit Schafen, Hühnern, Hunden und Vögeln. Die wunderschöne Playa de Muro erreicht man in wenigen Fahrminuten. Direkt am Strand gab es immer Parkplätze. Isabel und Damià sind besonders liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, denen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Liebe Isabel, lieber Damià, wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich dafür bedanken, dass wir so herrlich entspannte Familientage in Ihrer mallorquinischen Oase verbringen durften.

zweites Zuhause

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist unsere Region und dadurch war die Lage für uns perfekt. Es ist wundervoll ruhig und man kann seiner Seele freien Lauf lassen. Isabel und Damia haben uns mit ihrem jüngsten Sohn sehr liebevoll begrüßt und alles erklärt. Unser Urlaub war wiedermal zu schnell vorbei und unser Abschied fiel uns schwer. Das lag nicht nur an der Insel Mallorca, sondern auch an den sehr liebgewonnenen Gastgebern Isabel und Damia.

Schöne entspannte Urlaubsreise (erste Juni-Hälfte). Finca ist sehr gut, wir haben oft auf der Trasse abends gegrillt und den Tag ausklingen lassen. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Can Picafort, an der Bibliothek gab es immer freie Parkplätze. Playa de Muro ist ein toller Strand. Vernieter sind sehr nett und hatten eine gelungene kulinarische Überraschung, sehr lecker. Urlaub dort ist durchaus eine Empfehlung.

Rundum wunderbar

Die Vermieter (Isabel und Damia) sind extrem freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hats an nichts gefehlt und falls doch (defekter Föhn) wurde es umgehend behoben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, toller Pool, ruhige aber doch gute Lage mit viel Umschwung sogar mit Fussballtoren. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
