Parking: Parking available for one car (The space is not over large but will accommodate a family saloon).

- Changeover day for full weeks: Friday (preferred) or Monday

- Changeover day for 4 night short breaks (or 11 night stays etc): Monday

- Changeover day for 3 night short breaks (or 10 night stays etc): Friday


This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Wyke Dorset Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
