Almost perfect stay

Great swimmingpool and view, enough space in the house, teenagers own bathroom en bedroom. Only the dishwasher was broken and the wifi not always working.

Stunning view

Amazing place, beautiful view, lovely garden. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is ideally located, very close to grocery stores, the port, the old town and beaches. However, you’ll need a car. I would highly recommend Villa Nirvana.

Most beautiful!!!

This house sits on the top of the mountain side overlooking the town and the ocean. Amazing views you can stare at all day and night. Home is luxury living!! Stay here!!

Kevin was a great guest, unfortunately there was a mistake on the rate and we gave him a 3 star on the cleaning category, but that's an unfortunate error, and we would give him a 5 star rating.

One of the most amazing vacations we have had

While the pictures alone look magical, I was surprised that the home exceeded my expectations which weee already very high. Arguably the best house in town, it was an oasis to come home to after a day out in town or in Barcelona or nearby wineries. The management and communication was superb and highly responsive. I am very discriminating about my vacations and this surpassed my expectations.

Stunning

Lovely property with a stunning view Host was really helpful and always available if needed, he also spoke excellent English. Property was split into the main part that you see in the pictures with two double bedrooms, and a separate apartment on the floor beliw that had two bedrooms a bathroom and its own kitchen and living room area plus a balcony. It was perfect for us.

Nirvana is a home that has one of the best views that I have ever seen.

The property is getting a bit old. The kitchen is poorly equipped and quite disorganized. Bathrooms need a bit refreshing as they are not up to date for the price being charged per night.

A perfect stay

In the past, I've stayed at VRBO properties where the photos were way better than the actual home. In the case of Villa Nivana, it was the opposite- the home is gorgeous and obviously cared for, and although I took probably 300 photos of the view, pictures can't capture how wonderful that view is. The home is designed for the breeze to flow through and makes it almost magical. Eric, who met us when we arrived was very helpful and always responsive. This home is owned by the architect that built it, and is managed by family and I find that this is what makes the difference. Properties managed by companies don't have the love of a home, and the fact that this is still owned and managed by the man who built it makes it even more special. We plan to return to Villa Nivana on our next trip to Spain. It will always hold a special place in my groups heart and memory.

The property is properly impressive from every aspect, equipment, style, facilities, furnishings etc… And the view from the terrace, over the infinity pool, to Sitges town and the sea is simply stunning. We loved the master bedroom with its dressing/ bathroom area, twin shower and large bath with views out sea! The living area is huge and has many separate seating areas, our fav was the two leather swivel chairs again with that view of the sea. The kitchen is magnificent with its huge island area complete with wooden chopping block (the size of a small table!) the dishwasher was very welcome along with the Nespresso machine and the large double fridge freezer. All the crockery/cutlery/utensils you could ever need along with all the glassware for the essential G&T! The villa has another double bedroom on the same floor with shower room and then another self contained flat down a floor with a double bedroom, twin bedroom, sitting room, terrace and fully equip kitchen with washing machine and dryer Thus flat wasn’t ideal for us

Luxury in Sitges

House Nirvana exceeded our expectations. The website pictures are beautiful, but no where near the full beauty of this home and spectacular view. The property isn’t brand new, so there’s some aging evident. But nothing that takes away from the beauty. My husband and I, our 3 teenagers and my mom, spent nearly a week in Sitges. Upon arrival, the beauty of the home was spectacular. The open floor plan allows for the ocean to be the centerpiece. The rest of the home, with a huge master suite and shower, second bedroom and bathroom, tons of seating options and a chef’s kitchen were perfect for most of our stay. An accompanying lower level apartment, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and private balcony, was a great space for our teens. While we didn’t want to leave the house, we fell in love with the town of Sitges. All the shops, restaurants, beach - and train access to Barcelona - made Sitges a wonderful location for our vacation. Eric was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit, and during our stay, he was attentive to the few questions we had. He not only met us on arrival, but checked in through the week, was prompt in responding to a few minor issues, connected us with a driver for rides back to the airport and overall helped us to have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend House Nirvana, hoping myself to one day visit again. .

Luxury villa that’s really 2 flats

Overall we had a great holiday at House Nirvana. The views are spectacular, the villa is bright, airy & clean & is well appointed with everything we needed for a fun group holiday. Communication with Christian to book the villa & with Eric and his team while we were there, was easy & efficient. The area was great - we know Sitges well and didn’t have a car. We were able to walk from the villa into town in about 25 minutes cutting down the steps. The villa is actually two flats, which wasn’t a problem in itself, and actually has some advantages as the soundproofing between the flats is excellent so worked well for our party with some who liked to go to bed earlier and others who liked to stay up late making noise! However all of the pictures on the listing are of the top flat. The second flat is considerable less luxurious and would benefit from a bit of maintenance. For example the bathroom door had no handle or lock, the door handle of the larger bedroom, was lose and came off a few times, in the bathroom the paint around the door and the shower area had flaked away leaving the bare wood. Nothing that would spoil a holiday, but not quite what was expected when paying the price for this house - it’s not a cheap option. There is a real disparity between the two flats with the top flat being luxurious and the lower flat being OK, but nowhere near the same standard of accommodation. Maybe some pictures of this accommodation would have made the listing more accurate.

View amazing Villa disappointed

After reading all reviews I really was expecting alot more, we travelled with adults and small children, there was nothing for young children i would say not suitable for young children at all, we had to go out and buy balls etc for the children as there was nothing, the villa is over several floors, you get the top and a section of downstairs the rest is offices or something so not as private as we would have liked and not mentioned in the description, you are allocated one parking space as various people come in and out, and driving a 9 seater vehicle not easy, the top floor the views amazing outside seating lovely, the pool is not heated so was cold, the switches could do with a description as you have to try them all to get the curtains closed, one television worked in the villa and there was numerous, one toilet needs mending as it doesnt flush easily, there is one bath and its not for an elderly person, the plug to it was dreadful, the kitchen lovely everything on hand, however a water purifier was there but didnt work or was for owner only, the dvd selection is about 4 so if you have small children take something with you, has a projector etc, but not for guest use, could really do with updating, there is a lift facility which is needed for elderly etc but the stairs, are not very good the light goes out so at times you are going up in the dark, until you reach a light on the next floor, a little dangerous when carrying young children down, the downstairs apartment was clean but basic not luxury at all and it looks a little half finished, overall the place was clean but we had alot of dog hairs or something on the mats, we also assumed we might have tennis etc included as it said outside, this is not the case its probably local but not with the villa, would I return no sorry for the price I would have expected more, its a shame as the potential is there it just needs updating.

We are really surprised and worried because of this reply. Our goal is to succeed and have happy guests, something that we believe that we usually do. We understand that you could have some problems with the home appliances (these things might happen but we offer 24/7 maintenance), but we don't understand the fact that you didn't find any toys or a heated pool. We don't offer a heated pool and we never did that... plus if you asked, we would provide you with the toys as we did before, but neither of these things were offered on our ad. The thing we understand the less is the fact that you never called us to solve any problem, that's something that we offer and it's always appreciated. We also understand that the weather was not nice at all and we will start asking our guests about their specific need because we don't want unsatisfied people. Thank you for your reply and hope it helps us get better.

Fantastique !

Nous avons passés avec des amis deux semaines fantastiques ou nous n'avons quasi pas quitté la maison pour profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la vue à couper le souffle qui tel un tableau vivant changeait d'apparence et couleurs chaque jours. Un pur bonheur ! La maison est fonctionnelle, et avec de grands espaces. A noter deux détails, la master room est baignée de lumière même rideaux fermés, compliqué pour dormir plus tard le matin et la cuisine pas très pratique pour une utilisation quotidienne ou la venue de chefs extérieurs car notamment les plaques de cuisson son capricieuses et lentes. Mais vraiment ce sont des détails par rapport à cette expérience unique qu'aucune photo ne peut retranscrire, à voir avec vos yeux !

Luxury at its best!

If you want to indulge in total luxury, go for the Villa Nirvana in Sitges! Perched up in the hillside, this spacious property has spectacular views over the town of Sitges, the seafront and pretty harbour. The infinity pool and terrace are a pure delight and the garden area at the back of the villa is beautifully designed and very functional. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly wish for - and more – including pool towels, charcoal for the barbecue, dishwasher tabs, right down to the shopping bags! Attention is paid to every single detail to make your stay enjoyable – we even had wine and soft drinks chilling in the fridge upon arrival. Contact with Carlos for check-in was very easy and professional and he remained discretely in touch during our stay in case we should need anything. As for Sitges, it’s a 10 minute drive to the center of town and there’s a very wide choice of restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is at the bottom of the hill, open until late 7 days a week and very well stocked. We stayed there for a week as an extended family of nine and all 3 generations were totally enchanted with every aspect of the holiday. Thank you, we would love to come back again sometime!

Exceptionnel!!!

La maison Nirvana porte bien son nom! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été subjugués par ce magnifique penthouse : vue spectaculaire à 180° sur la baie de Sitges, superbe piscine à débordement, tout est conçu avec goût pour notre confort dans les moindres détails. Les 25 m de baies vitrées de part et d'autre de la maison (donnant sur la mer et sur un magnifique jardin) vous donnent l'impression de vivre à l'extérieur, l'équipement est ultra complet : rien n'a été oublié. nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte Carlos, tout aussi classieux que la maison. En résumé, du grand luxe et du coup un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel : c'est de loin la plus belle location que nous ayons jamais trouvée; par ailleurs la ville de Sitges est très agréable, jolie, animée avec une multitude de petits restaurants à découvrir. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et avons quitté le penthouse avec regrets : bravo à Cristian et Carlos qui font de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. n'ayez aucune hésitation, vous ne pouvez pas être déçus, cette maison est une perle rare!

Wunderschöner Blick aber das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sensationellen Blick, leider ist die Ausstattung und das Haus als gesamtes in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und entspricht nicht dem heutigen Standard.Es hat bei Regen in das Wohn/Esszimmer reingeregnet, das Wasser stand zentimeterhoch im Treppenaufgang. Schade, da die Lage einzigartig ist.

A memorable stay

First of all the host Eric is remarkable. Not only did he accommodate our early arrival but showed us around the property, telling us what’s good and nearby and even took us grocery shopping on arrival. The Villa was well maintained and in tip too shape. The pictures are not touched and are actually even more beautiful in person. I would highly recommend staying here. I would stay there again!

Villa Nirvana

This villa is amazing, absolute stunning views, so functional. Great location, fantastic communication with Cristian/Eric property owners. We were 4 adults and 3 teenagers, latter which loved the large infinity pool. Check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend this villa.

Perfecta estadía!

Nuestra experiencia en la residencia Nirvana fue más que increíble. Hicimos la reserva a último momento así que estábamos un poco nerviosos sobre como resultaría. La atención desde el principio fue muy buena, y estamos muy contentos con nuestra elección. Con gran hospitalidad, Eric, el encargado de acomodarnos, nos recibió y se mantuvo en contacto durante toda nuestra estadía. Volveríamos a elegir la residencia Nirvana mil veces! La mejor acomodación y la mejor vista... Ya la extrañamos. Muchas gracias.
