The Space
We've taken great care to ensure you're comfortable and have everything you need.
We want you to feel right at home and have the best vacation possible. The king-size bed in the master bedroom has a top-of-the-line memory foam mattress, and the linens, including the sheets and duvet, are 100% cotton. The towels are new, quick-drying (important in Florida's humidity), and fluffy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a coffee maker and electric kettle. We also have beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas in the garage for your use.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the washer and dryer. The house is accessed through the front door, which has an electronic lock. RULE…..Strict rules apply to the use of the hot tub. It is mandatory to shower before entering to remove any soaps or sunscreens. You will find all the necessary tools and products for maintaining and cleaning the hot tub in the house. If the jacuzzi is left extremely dirty, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. The hot tub is expensive and not a toy for children; please supervise your children and never leave them unattended. We are not responsible for any damage to persons or property. A cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if the grill is left dirty. You may invite guests to the house, but the total number of people must not exceed 6, and subletting or allowing other people to stay without the presence of the renter is not permitted. By booking this stay, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below:
- GUEST AGE: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
- UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The accommodation must not be occupied by more adults and children than indicated on the reservation.
- PETS: Cats are not permitted in this home. No other animals are permitted without the host's specific approval.
- NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: All guests must respect the host's good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities.
- NOISE: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of your neighbors, as this property is located in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are called due to noise complaints, this may result in eviction without refund.

- SMOKING/E-CIGARETTES: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property or in any outdoor areas, including the courtyard and terrace. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine.
- DAMAGES AND LOSSES: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home as if it were your own. You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property, which will be charged as an additional fee or deducted from your security deposit (if booked through other platforms). Please notify us immediately of any damage or loss.

- LOST ITEMS: All shipments are the responsibility of the traveler. There is a minimum shipping fee of $25 plus a $50 service fee. We are not responsible for any lost items. Our team will do their best to locate your lost items
after checkout.
- MAIL AND PARCELS: Mail or package deliveries are not permitted during your stay.
- EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available; additional fees may apply. If you do not vacate the property by the check-out time (or the late check-out time agreed upon with the host), you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night's rent, and we may remove all occupants and their belongings from the property.
- PHOTOGRAPHIC/MUSIC VIDEO SERVICES: Taking photographs or shooting commercial videos is not permitted inside the property.

GARDENER: A gardener will be present to maintain the property grounds. He or she will not be allowed inside the property.
- Tents or other structures are not permits

Small/Medium - under 30lbs
Non-refundable fee of $100 per pet, maximum 2 dogs
Dogs are not allowed on furniture/beds due to the potential transmission of allergens to subsequent guests
All waste must be picked up; failure to do so will result in a $100fine being charged to your account
Additional fee applies if your pet damages/penetrates a specific area (e.g., rugs, bed, carpet, etc.)
When outside (yard/street), your dog must be on a leash.

It is mandatory to shower before entering the hot tub to remove any soap or sunscreen; a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if this rule is not followed.

Cleaning the grill (leaving it dirty) costs $25.
