This place was perfect for us as a family of 4. I loved that we had space to spread out when sometimes needed. We hosted family for Christmas and had no problem making a nice meal together in the spacious kitchen. The dining table seats up to 8, so we had plenty of room for meals and playing games. Beds were comfortable, shower in master suite bathroom was great with a double shower head and lots of space. We used the pool and hot tub a lot. The hottub isnt huge, but fit four of us ok and heated up pretty quick. The kids loved playi g with a beach ball in the pool because of it being screened in. Lol. My husband used the used the space in the garage to do his workouts and I enjoyed spending time in the back room where there was lots of sun coming in through the big windows. I sat out on the deck a few times to lay out too. The backyard itself is on a pretty big slop, the online pictures are deceiving. The firepit is definitely unusable. I imagine everyone rolling down the hill. This did not affect our stay at all, but I took notice. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had some troubles with the door lock the first night and he was able to get someone over right away to change the batteries on it. We had no problems after that. I relayed a few things to the host that could use attention, but nothing that affected our stay. They have pool and beach stuff to use and lots of beach towels.
