Hi Amy! Yes, it is a new first season listing. Thank you for your feedback. Greatly appreciated. I really wish you would’ve told me these needs in one of our messages back and forth during your stay. I would’ve made sure you guys found everything you needed. Extra bedding was located in each closet along with blankets including for the futon bed. The coffee machine in your unit sits on the counter next to the refrigerator & is a Delonghi dual machine-A traditional drip full sized coffee pot maker & espresso machine. .It also has a milk steamer. The Cleaning company supplies 4 sets of towels, hand towels, & wash clothes in each bathroom. Additionally, laundry detergent for your first load, travel hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toiletries, etc to help start your weekly stay are also supplied in every bathroom. I have changed cleaning companies since your stay and noticed my feedback from other booking platforms have improved dramatically. When your travels bring you back to Sarasota, I hope you choose the property again and we will make sure your stay is even better your next booking. Super appreciate the 5 star review! Thanks!

Johan, I do appreciate when competitors with their pets stay at the property; your the 6th competitor/short term rental host that has stayed (that I'm aware of) since we opened 3 years ago. We have 170 plus reviews and have maintained a 4.93 out 5 rating. Your feedback was/is greatly appreciated as all issues were immediately addressed before the next guest arrived & have enabled us to continue to receive 10/10 and 5 out of 5 ratings across the booking platforms after your stay. I was onsite at the complex multiple times during your stay, we had 2 conversations & I spoke with your wife on the phone. Any of those times would have been an ideal to have gave me this feedback vs. me reading it in your review for the first time. I was in this unit personally for multiple days as we did our off season maintenance/deep clean on the unit and not once did any of the toilets leak, & maintenance validated no leaks. The AC unit is no where near the master bedroom; it's on the outside mounted on the second floor by the loft & no where near any bedroom actually. All fans were/are operable. Again, thank you for the feedback; it was extremely helpful. We continue to get 10/10 reviews. Appreciated & Thank you

Hi Salima, First, thank you for booking again in November to stay again on the property even though you gave this stay a 2 star review. I’ve forwarded your review to my cleaning company from this stay. Please know had you brought these issues up during your stay, they would have been addressed immediately. I have 3 cleaning resources on call available. Most guest are elated with the cleanliness of my properties. You are the first to not give a five star review. I messaged you a few times with no response back from the one message you sent regarding the dishwasher, I even personally came to the property & neither of you mentioned any other issues. I understand you not wanting your trip interrupted by maintenance; however, it didn’t require you be there. When we checked the dishwasher, the dishwasher worked by just hitting the start button and the dishes inside were clean. I never received any messages asking for pods or anything additional or absolutely would’ve provided them/ typically they are under the sink; Again, any issues would’ve been addressed immediately. I can provide fabric softener if you’d like for your towels for your upcoming November stay; however, as a rule we don’t use fabric softener as some folks have allergies. Just let me know what you would like. Communication is key. Thanks!
