Holiday House is located in the private gated beach-front community of Sunrise Beach, between Blue Mountain and Gulf Place. This lovely 3 bedroom coastal home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. After your day in the sun, enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. No need to leave the house to watch the sunsets; you can do that from the top floor loft. You'll be amazed by nature's beauty.

ABOUT THE AREA: Some of 30A's best restaurants are located within walking distance to the Holiday House. Walk to the famous oysters at Shunk Gulley or their beignet fries for watching the sun set. Blue Mountain Bakery and the Perfect Pig are great options to get your day started. After breakfast, hop on the bikes and explore 30A. There are 4 State Parks along this stretch of land and they are worth exploring. Their beaches are amazing too.

BEACH ACCESS: This lovely home has their own private beach access and it's just steps away. When you exit the home there is a pathway access in the corner to your left. You can take the stairs all the way down to the beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand!

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
