Our family took its first trip to the Gulf of Mexico in July 2020 and were immediately in love with the Emerald Coast, and specifically with the relaxed family feel of Santa Rosa Beach. We were ruined forever! As we were travelling home my husband and I started talking about what it would be like to own a home there. This was always a dream of mine, but never did I ever think it could actually become a reality. Four months later, we were the proud owners of this amazing property and had it ready to welcome guests in January 2020.
Since then we have been absolutely blown away by the positive response from family, friends, and guests who have become our extended family. We welcome you to our home away from home and hope that you love it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
As a family of seven, we have worked to carefully curate a home that is comfortable and welcoming to families. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun vacation with you family, we are a great fit for you! A few other reasons that we love our location:
No chain restaurants!
You won't find a McDonald's or Applebee's on 30A. All locally and regionally-owned restaurants and shops.
Close to the action, but far from it all.
If you want to find tons of tourist things to do, you are only 30 minutes from Destin or Panama City beach. Otherwise, chill at the beach and enjoy the peace of 30A.
See the stars. Protect the turtles.
A walk to the beach at night you can see the glow lights of Destin, Miramar, and PCB, but in the middle is low-light 30A. The lack of bright night lights is intentional during sea turtle nesting season, which is April - October.
The people
Both locals and guests are friendly and happy. It's hard to find a happier collection of people. :)
