Modern apartment located in an Art Nouveau building. The house is located in Via della Libertà, a central and elegant area of Palermo, with shops, restaurants, and good connections to the airport.



The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, consists of a large living area with a sofa and television, followed by a separate, fully equipped American-style kitchen. A staircase leads to a small loft with two armchairs, a small relaxation corner. Continuing through the house, there are three queen-size bedrooms, all equipped with a wardrobe for storing clothes. The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite.
